Hi,
I'm Mohan from Delhi. I have written this email against the company stashfin. Actually in the past year's i have taken a small loan from this company and i was unable to repay because of the covid pandemic and my financial situation. Since March 2019 i was unemployed and i have no source of income. My career has been spoilt. As per the Delhi government rules Ola, Uber and rapido bike taxi services has been banned by the chief minister. As of now I'm not earning at all. Since few days stashfin company is doing so much written harrasment with me via email. They are sending cheap illegal IPC, court case threats over the email. As per unsecured loans no case will be eligible to the customer. One more thing i already discussed my financial situation with stashfin company but still they are sending and emailing me cheap IPC court case letter. Please do help me in this situation.

Updated by Mohan Maggo Stashfin company started sending cheap illegal message on my whatsapp number, they are doing so much harrasment with me and not trying to understand someone problem.
