StashFin — emi deducted twice but never reflected on app, still showing overdue

I took a loan from stashfin last year and i paid all the emi on time. Every emi got updated on time, but in december, emi deducted twice and not reflected even once. I am getting daily sms and mails regarding unpaid emi. I sent many mails along with the bank statement but never got any reply. Not even refund. Please resolve this asap. Emi should marked paid till feb.

Date of first emi deducted - 10.12.2018
Date of second emi deducted - 10.12.2018

Desirable solution - refund should be processed or amount should be adjusted in next emi.
