[Resolved]  StashFin — Fraud bounce charges

Hello team I had an emi of 2340 for the month of June for which the due date was June 14th. I have made the payment on June 13th itself, now suddenly they have put in an extra charge of Rs 500. When I enquired about it they are saying that this happened due to NACH bounce.

There are two things I want to highlight :

1) I have already cancelled the ENach for Stanshfin because I don't trust this company, earlier someone from their team called me and took 5 stars on playstore with his name mentioned on the comment. He promised me that I will be getting a credit limit of 1, 20, 000 which is truly fake and he is a liar.

2) I have always made my payments on or before time

Why am I supposed to pay extra amount when there is not a single delay
