I’ve applied for loan on last Saturday[protected] it said That loan Approved and Ready For Disbursed it will transfer within 48Hours to Account and it can take some Time to Reflect. But till now the Sanctioned Amount is Not Transferred Dont knows what is The fault. I Ask stashfin to Resolve this issue And Transfer the funds Soon .         Hi there my name is Mohammed Zubair

        I have pending dues 5876rs to be paid to stashfin I borrowed on 2020 October due to job loss I couldn't clear my loan now stashfin has destroyed my Credit Score reported "Suit filed" and have levied the huge penalty of 30k which is not fair even RBI doesn't allow that, I want to close my loan Im ready to pay the amount i borrowed 5876rs I'm not going to single penny above that amount kindly waive off the penalties and allow me to clear my loan, I'll pay through App only I'm not going to pay to 3rd party account n all so kindly waive off all the penalty on stashfin APP

                    On 2nd June 2022, I have initiated amount transaction of Rs.50000 from stashfin app to card. The amount had been debited from app but not loaded to card(stashfin Card). This issue has been pending from 2nd June till date, I have made multiple complaints against the issue through app and chat but there is least response from stashfin executive. Kindly escalate this issue to higher management and make the issue resolve as soon as possible

                      Fraud bounce charges

                      Hello team I had an emi of 2340 for the month of June for which the due date was June 14th. I have made the payment on June 13th itself, now suddenly they have put in an extra charge of Rs 500. When I enquired about it they are saying that this happened due to NACH bounce.

                      There are two things I want to highlight :

                      1) I have already cancelled the ENach for Stanshfin because I don't trust this company, earlier...

                        Good Afternoon

                        As multiple times I am stating my same request My loaded amount and emi amount have a difference of twenty thousand rupees
                        So may I know on what basis you have charged me twenty thousand rupees extra.
                        I loaded my card twenty thousand rupees extra on thirty first of May and first June my card got loaded nineteen thousand nine hundred sixty five rupees but when I see my EMi amount its showing thirty nine thousand nine hundred thirty rupees .
                        when i have see my emi details its showing nineteen thousand nine hundred sixty five rupees amount deducted two time but credited on only one time to my card.
                        please check the attached snap for more details.
                        Also I have tried multiple times to reach customer care but not single time i am able to reach your support executive. Even your sasha dont understand human problem.
                        and I created multiple tickets as well stating the same problem but your team simply closed all my tickets without resolving my issue.
                        So I request you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible. If not, please close my card. I dont want to use this card anymore. They dont have customer values.

                              Sir i am chiranjit shil (customer id[protected], suddenly in financial crisis i get a personal loan akara capital advisors private ltd, GSTIN -07AAEC1934E1ZZ, PAN-AAECE1934E, but situation of oandemic covid 19 problem face due to time to time monthly installment are not possible to me, the after AKARACAPL company are not scarfiedto me and my cibil status are already suit field .when i maill to AKARACAPL company then after this company compromised to give me a sum of rs-17298 and i will repay this amount .vide invoice no-21-22/CE elev8/263363 and date[protected] and this company to give surety my cibil status are A to Zcorrect done after 90 days.so i could not report said this company. when after 90 days ceck my cibil then i saw my status are not all correct.this cibil mentioned only this company was suit field existing.
