StashFin — Harassing for name of criminal case

I tried to took loan from stashfin in last 2021, i applied but i didnt receive any loan in my equitas bank account. apart from that they start asking repayment for the loan for that i gave them my bank statement and they said ok, but again they asked for emi, i said something again and they again said ok i send them my bank statement many times but till now its 2023 they are asking me for emi .
they harrassing me mentally as well as they called my parent and abuse them. I have not taken Money from Stashfn when i used stashfin app then my phone was crashed and I lost all my data, money. Kindly request you to look at the matter, Now I don't have taken any loan on that source, I told the agent of this company but they talked in rude manner and in mannerless manner, they are calling, text me continuously and harrash me on the name legal action. please try and understand the genuine problem of customer.
