Harassing for name of criminal case

I tried to took loan from stashfin in last 2021, i applied but i didnt receive any loan in my equitas bank account. apart from that they start asking repayment for the loan for that i gave them my bank statement and they said ok, but again they asked for emi, i said something again and they again said ok i send them my bank statement many times but till now its 2023 they are asking me for emi .
they harrassing me mentally as well as...

I have a taken a loan of ₹3000 from stashfin app 1 month back. 15 days ago on 8th may 2023 i have repayed ₹2000 emi and today is the next due date so i was about to pay remaining ₹2000 but your app was showing additional charges for late payment which is ₹500. So i paid a total of ₹2500 is this fair? Are you guys making us fool? Today is the due date which is the last day to pay without charging additional fee. When i paid last time on due date it was only ₹2000 but why are you now charging extra ₹500 now. And also one more thing after i paid you extra 500 and total of ₹2500 now you guys are saying now you are not eligible for taking the loan. How is this fair? I need compensation of ₹500 else i am forwarding this to the court they might do the rest.

        I took a loan from Stashfin.
        Have also aid few months' EMI.
        Due to financial problem and job loss, my EMI stopped, as I was not able to pay.
        I asked on the mail for settlement, so they created a ticket for this and on that ticket, they gave time to pay full amount with extra charges till 7/6/2023.

        Today(16/5/2023), I got a call from someone(perhaps name is Mahendra), he was talking in a very unethical, unprofessional, illiterate, pathetic, and unpleasant manner, treating me like a thief. He tried putting words into my mouth, which I didn't say at all.
        He didn't even ask why I am not being able to pay the EMIs, and he was not listening to me at all.

        He seemed like a rowdy, who got a job to do money recovery through harassment.

        I told him that Stashfin has given me time till 7/6/2023, but he kept calling me bad names(directly as well as indirectly), and telling me to pay full amount in half and hour.

          I was given time by stashfin app to do settlement by the date of 7/6/2023.
          Although, today(16/5/2023), someone from Stashfin recovery, called me and talked to me like I am like Vijay Malya.
          He talked to me like I am some scoundrel, or thief.
          He was using words like an unprofessional, illiterate, and rowdy.

          Does stashfin use rowdy people to do harassment??

          First they approach you like they are the best loan providers, but to tale money back they are using 3rd class rowdy methods. Or may be some 3rd party person is using Stashfin name to clear out their monthly targets.

          I just lost my job, that's why my emi is delayed. I told him on call, but he kept treating me as a lier.

            Dear StashFin Customer Support,

            I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the clearance of my loan and the subsequent non-receipt of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from StashFin. I have already cleared all my dues a considerable time ago, and despite making an additional payment of Rs. 2900/- as per your representatives' request, I have yet to receive any communication or documentation confirming the closure of my loan. This delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience and has negatively impacted my CIBIL record.

            As far as my knowledge is concerned, I do not have any pending dues against any loan. Therefore, the request for an additional payment of Rs. 2900/- came as a surprise to me. However, to avoid any further complications and for the sake of time, I went ahead and made this payment.

            I would like to emphasize that I have fulfilled my financial obligations, and it is essential that I receive the NOC without any further delay. The absence of communication in this matter has raised concerns about the accuracy of my CIBIL record, which is negatively impacting my financial credibility.

            I kindly request you to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with the following:

            No Objection Certificate (NOC): Please issue the NOC promptly and send it to my registered email address, abhijeet.[protected]@gmail.com.

            Correction of CIBIL Record: Due to the delay in providing the NOC, my CIBIL record has been adversely affected. I urge you to rectify the inaccuracies without delay and update my record to reflect the complete settlement of my loan.

              Dear StashFin Customer Support,

              I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the clearance of my loan and the subsequent non-receipt of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from StashFin. Despite having cleared all my dues a considerable time ago, I am still awaiting the issuance of the NOC, which has caused unnecessary inconvenience and adversely affected my CIBIL record.

              As per my knowledge i dont have any dues against any loan. I alraedy cleaed long time ago. But after long time you guys called me and ask me to pay Rs. 2900. But for my time sake I made this payment.

              I want to emphasize that I have already made a payment of Rs. 2900/-, as informed by your representatives, to settle the remaining balance.                   Hello stashfin

                  I have used your application and have face problem after making my payments twice first was last month which got resolved after 10 days and this time its rediculous. I have foreclosed my loan. Yes 2 days late but i haven't been charged any late fees and 2 days is acceptable but still your application put me on waitlist . Also after making the payment your application showed me 3 different messaged after foreclose. I have been showed select approved amount then i just pressed home and it showed i am ineligible and then its showed me i am on waitlist. Seriously. Nor i got my last foreclouser stashfin rewards and is your application policy js really this strict. I was using your application just because of your good review and i am a freelance artist who barely has 20000 rs for a month after paying my rent and you are treating me like this. I have paid 10000 to you and now if i need money how will i manage. Really unprofessional and un acceptable. If possible, please fix this and because this happened to me twice now and i have also faced problem same problem with loaney application which i was using before. Really unethical way of doing bussiness. When i have paid my all loan on time.my cibil is 769 still you guys are troubling me . Fix it ...

                        This month I was charged heavily and innumerable calls by stashfin team, I demand a compensation for undue calls by support rep Sandeep from Stashfin changing statement and non reversal of charges, stashfin is the worst ever loan application because stashfin employees are immature and unconsidering and stashfin's support is worst ever in the market, as they are spammers and uncultured illiterate guys who doesn't understand differences between emi, charges, ech concepts and wasted time of innumerable consumers

                        Worst ever lender 'Stashfin' didn't consider my situation and continuously charging late fee, 2 cheque bounce charges even post discussion on ticket regarding the same that I will pay on specified date which I did

                        No support after raising ticket only wasted 19 days time and even 3000 Rs they took for free

                            As your representative said i have to pay the amount 6300 i paid but now they said i am not able to close the loan. I am not going to pay any amount please close my loan and send me the noc.. I have call recording proofs that your agent said to me and proof of payment please close my loan asap and send me the noc.. Firstly I pay 600 in apr 24- 2023 after that I pay 5090+610 in 25 apr. After payment i talk to your representative about the loan closure process. He said yes i will close but after some time he said he not able to close loan and noc.. Please i pay as you offer me but after that you all are harreshing me. Later i also nail about harreshing but nothing help from your side but this time it is very serious... Please close my loan and please give me the noc.. Otherwise i will complain to rbi ombudsman act.. Please reply your answer in written in email for the case.. I attached my all proof of payment.. And i have call recording of the agent but if the solution is not provide i will send all the proof to rbi..

                              After payment of the emi they don't close my loan and they don't send me the noc. Please help sir they said loan will close and i get instantly noc but they don't close my loan please help i sufficient proof i also have call recording with support staf and payment proof i pay them 6300+700 but they don't close my loan and not send me the noc.

                                  I have talked with stashfin collection agencies about my dues but they are using abusive language & threat to me. They also calling to my office colleague and Harassing them by abusive language. Due to this harrasment about to loss of my job. I am about to suicide due to Harrasment. Request you to please help me.

                                    I took a loon of 6300 rupee from stashfin but my financial condition is going bad. I cannot repay the loan but they add the late fee 18000 above and they call my contact list and harasses me. Please take action. I am already pay 700 to company from 6300..but they adding more late fee please.. Help me.. I want full latefee waiver ... And the payment of 700 is also need to deduction from my loan. And instant noc...
