    Dear Team,

    i have got call from stashfin and asked to pay loan with exact amount and they harrased me like any thing finally i paid moneny with below UPI id [protected]@oksbi after paying amount its not reflected to Accout then i asked company abt this payment and that guy who has contacted me he also fake as per company confirmed same, and thing was the guy who contacted me shared the NOC with passwd with correct customer id.
    now company saying it was fake NOC, now i am questioning how come my customer id knows to frauster thats means they hacked the systems or guy who is working in organisation may be hacked, but here my question is the details which should be there within the stasfin database its came out side and i i dont know they can use my aadhar card and pancard and card details as well its purely breach of trust and company saying its not there job to find how customer id came out side to fraudster. now company asking me to pay money before that i want to know how can we resolve on breach of trust issues.

          Dear Sir

          I was booking a railway ticket with amount of Rs 4106 through Stash fin ( Vadodara To Kolkata for 12.05.2024. The verification was successful and I paid a down payment of Rs 1402. The money was deducted from my account but there was no payment by stashfin to Irctc as a result the ticket was not booked. I received a message that Rs 4106 has been paid by stash fin but the ticket was not booked. I also received the 2 months repayment plan but there is no ticket. I would request stashfin to refund the down payment and cancel my loan or else hand me the ticket for which the amount of Rs 4106 has been paid. Pls call me on [protected]. Enclosing the copy of text message received.

            I have taken a loan from Stashfin where I have made my 1st emi clear but as i lost my job now and i had spoke to customer representative regarding this i have asked for a time from them but now they sended my case file to collection department.I will require few months time to go ahead and repay it.And what a worse customer support there is no option to contact them only they can contact us.If we do email they never give any solutions

                I paid 2 times Credit Builder Fees one is approx 2950 and one is 1050 both successfully paid but not responding app any thing I complaint many Times but they don't call or reply my emails

                  I foreclosed my loan on 16th November 2018. I missed my 2 emi's and I closed the loan. But it is not reflected yet in the application and the agents are call me and talking very badly. I already shared the screenshots and still they are asking me to pay again. I havent received the refund of the amount yet and I said them that I havent received the refund yet, if I'm getting a refund I'll pay it again. But they are threatening me to make another payment

                      On 8/10/2023 due to technical error my limit was increased and i have withdrawn 5000/- and 1000/- on app but on next day my limit got blocked and also i got unknown ECS hit in my bank account from stashfin of rupees 5858/- i was shocked what was happening but after calling on 10 oct 23 in customer they told me the thing.After knowing that i went to my bank branch and ask them to refund the amount to source account of stashfin from were funds was withdrawn on 20 oct 23 i my bank refunded the amount then i called to stashfin customer care dept. to verify the same and unblock my limit. I have given them my bank statement in which debited amount showing and screenshots of imps reference number also.But from 20 oct 23 customer care officer are saying that our team checking and we will update the same to you. The amount(5000/- and 1000/-) which i already paid has been converted into Emi's and my limit is still blocked.

                        I have requested for a EMI Closure with 36 months tenure and the stashfin agent is not ready to provide me that and he has been harassing all my colleagues.
                        I have even sent an email to the stashfin customer care and grevience team still there is no change its been 2 weeks now.

                        There is a person name Rajendran and he has been calling all my collegues who are not even added as a reference - [protected]

                          In 2021 I borrow some amount from this app, for some reasons of COVID I was unable to pay EMI on time, after that they call my contacts and destroy my fame and socialism.
                          They call a senior person too many times and because of this I was kicked out from my JOb .
                          After that they will continue herrased me on call and msgs.
                          One day three agents talks to me on a single call and told me that if you pay 5000 amount within 2 hours then your emi will be closed permanently I have paid that amount through a link which was sent by them.
                          After that they will continue herrased me and not closed my account and increasing EMI amount successively
                          After that I have sent a email on support and try to call customer care after a long time period of 2 year they will respond I have talk too many agents and told them I have paid a asking amount which was told me on calls I have raised a ticket on customer care but they will not resolve this and again start sending msgs and call to pay

                            Hello, I am harrassed continuously by a company called Stashfin.. They are saying that I have taken a loan from them and but I have never taken a loan from them, they have registered the complaint also regarding the same yet I have been subjected to persistent and offensive language and behavior from representatives. I request an immediate investigation into these incidents and expect appropriate action to be taken against the individuals responsible for such behavior. I tried calling them and contacting them but call not connected.

                                I am harrassed continuously by a company called Stashfin. They are saying that I have taken a loan from them in 2021 and emailed me as they have registered the complaint also regarding the same.
                                These loan app recovery agency frequently call me and threatened me with name of legal action. They calmed they send money on my account. But when I used this app, my phone was hack by that app. The loan status was failed and then my phone was switch off. They send money without any further discussion about it and without any further noticed. I request you to kindly look at this matter and solve this asap. I tried to email them and contacting them but they never said about it.

                                    On September 2nd 2023, I completed the full payment and obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC). However, my current balance still reflects as 31, 400, and my CIBIL Report displays a remark of "Wilful default SUIT filed." I kindly request that you remove the "Wilful default SUIT filed" remark and promptly update my outstanding balance to zero on my CIBIL report. For your reference, I have attached the NOC as proof.

                                        Hi.. This company is harassing me mentally now… in 2020 i have taken a loan that was of 5k which is already closed and i have the noc also for the same. I don’t know when they have provided me a loan of 66k which is not visible anywhere but they are telling they have given in the year 2021. I have checked for the same everywhere but nothing like that is visible.in 2020 also, 2 days before due date they called and were using foul languages and were saying if i don’t pay the amount at that time they will rape me and told bad things about my mother also. At that time also i tried reaching out to their customer care but no response. If they have provided me the loan of 66k i need the transaction details … this is not acceptable at all…request you to help me at the earliest on the same.
