StashFin — Harassment of a loans application

I am Aurovil Prasad Sahoo, and I am employed continuously by a company called Stashfin. They are saying that I took a loan from them in 2021 and emailed me, as they have also registered a complaint regarding the same. These loan app recovery agencies frequently call me and threaten me with legal action. They calmed me and sent money to my account. But when I used this app, my phone was hacked. The loan status was failed, and then my phone was switched off. They send money without any further discussion about it and without any further notice. I request that you kindly look at this matter and solve it asap. I tried to email them and contact them, but they never said anything about it. I am writing to formally file a complaint against a loan app, [Stashfin Loan App], for subjecting me to severe mental harassment. I am deeply disturbed by the behavior of that company recovery agency, which has caused me significant distress and anxiety. I would like to provide the following details regarding the incidents of mental harassment: 1. Dates of Harassment: [2021 to date] These dates or time periods during which I experienced mental harassment 2. Description of Harassment: Your loan application recovery agency continued calling me and talking in an inhuman manner. Behaviors that were very offensive by your loan app agency have caused me mental distress. 3. Impact: Due to the Stashfin Loans recovery agent, I was affected by very bad mental health in my daily life. Also, I suffered from my health issues because I didn't sleep well and felt like I had very unusual depression due to Stashfin Loans recovery agents. More than that, I informed the stashfin organization that they shouldn't continue calling and texting me. But they're continuing to call and threaten me with legal action and call my family members. No one would call or text me at the moment when I needed the loans. But nowadays, I suffer from financial issues. I'm not able to pay a single rupee. When I have money, I will pay if I get good financial stability. But they continue to call and text me. When I applied for a loan from the Stashfin app, I saw that I was not eligible for a loan, and they still sent me messages to pay the loan dues, showing no credit line code errors (LOC_001). They are continuously blackmailing me. Again, blackmailing is done by email and text message. I also complained to StashFin customer support but did not get any appropriate notification about the posted complaint. On the Stashfin app, I found a transfer error when I tried to transfer funds in my account, showing error codes 101 and 301. Hello, I am harassed continuously by a company called Stashfin. They are saying that I have taken a loan from them. They are blackmailing me so much that they have filed a complaint regarding whether I will not pay for the loan. I have been subjected to persistent and offensive language and behavior from representatives. But I am facing financial problems. I don't have enough money to pay for the loan. But they didn't understand my issues and kept calling me. I request an immediate investigation into these incidents and expect appropriate action to be taken against the individuals responsible for such behavior.
