Complaint Regarding Mishandling private personal information by stashfin App

I didn't do any ECS submissions on the Stashfin app for loans.
I applied for 10000 and 2000 INR, but it failed. My phone was hacked and hasn't worked since then; no one has contacted me to help me. This app is cheating me and not giving me the required amount.

Complaint regarding mishandling of loan amount by stashfin app

I didn't do any ECS submissions on the Stashfin app for loans. 

I applied for 10000 and 2000 INR, but it failed. My phone was hacked and hasn't worked since then; no one has contacted me to help me. This app is cheating me and not giving me the required amount.

Dear Sir

I was booking a railway ticket with amount of Rs 4106 through Stash fin ( Vadodara To Kolkata for 12.05.2024. The verification was successful and I paid a down payment of Rs 1402. The money was deducted from my account but there was no payment by stashfin to Irctc as a result the ticket was not booked. I received a message that Rs 4106 has been paid by stash fin but the ticket was not booked. I also received the 2 months repayment plan but there is no ticket. I would request stashfin to refund the down payment and cancel my loan or else hand me the ticket for which the amount of Rs 4106 has been paid. Pls call me on [protected].     Stashfin loan recovery

    Hi Team

    I had taken a loan of 16500 from the company but due to loss of job I was unable to repay it. I just recently obtained a job and I will need to wait till I get my salary to repay the loan. The customer service is pathetic as they keep calling continuously and they are extremely unprofessional for recovery of loan. I feel RBI should cancel their license due to the extreme unprofessional behavior of recovery agents...

    I have taken a loan from Stashfin where I have made my 1st emi clear but as i lost my job now and i had spoke to customer representative regarding this i have asked for a time from them but now they sended my case file to collection department.I will require few months time to go ahead and repay it.And what a worse customer support there is no option to contact them only they can contact us.If we do email they never give any solutions

        Scam in payment

        I used wavier option directly given by them in app and cleared all my pending emis and charges .

        And even I closed my last emi of December also.

        After paying everything the app is clear without any pending amount.

        The next day every thing is back, the waved charges and even the December emi also..

        RBI should cancel the licence of such scammers...

          I feel very guilty, to take a loan from such a disgusting company, which follow very unfair practice to recover funds.
          When I feel the situation going very bed for me to repayment. I have approached to company care team and nodal officer with the document proof to prove the genuine default, not willful.

          I foreclosed my loan on 16th November 2018. I missed my 2 emi's and I closed the loan. But it is not reflected yet in the application and the agents are call me and talking very badly. I already shared the screenshots and still they are asking me to pay again. I havent received the refund of the amount yet and I said them that I havent received the refund yet, if I'm getting a refund I'll pay it again. But they are threatening me to make another payment

              On 8/10/2023 due to technical error my limit was increased and i have withdrawn 5000/- and 1000/- on app but on next day my limit got blocked and also i got unknown ECS hit in my bank account from stashfin of rupees 5858/- i was shocked what was happening but after calling on 10 oct 23 in customer they told me the thing.After knowing that i went to my bank branch and ask them to refund the amount to source account of stashfin from were funds was withdrawn on 20 oct 23 i my bank refunded the amount then i called to stashfin customer care dept. to verify the same and unblock my limit. I have given them my bank statement in which debited amount showing and screenshots of imps reference number also.But from 20 oct 23 customer care officer are saying that our team checking and we will update the same to you. The amount(5000/- and 1000/-) which i already paid has been converted into Emi's and my limit is still blocked.

                  In 2021 I borrow some amount from this app, for some reasons of COVID I was unable to pay EMI on time, after that they call my contacts and destroy my fame and socialism.
                  They call a senior person too many times and because of this I was kicked out from my JOb .
                  After that they will continue herrased me on call and msgs.
                  One day three agents talks to me on a single call and told me that if you pay 5000 amount within 2 hours then your emi will be closed permanently I have paid that amount through a link which was sent by them.
                  After that they will continue herrased me and not closed my account and increasing EMI amount successively
                  After that I have sent a email on support and try to call customer care after a long time period of 2 year they will respond I have talk too many agents and told them I have paid a asking amount which was told me on calls I have raised a ticket on customer care but they will not resolve this and again start sending msgs and call to pay

                    Hello, I am harrassed continuously by a company called Stashfin.. They are saying that I have taken a loan from them and but I have never taken a loan from them, they have registered the complaint also regarding the same yet I have been subjected to persistent and offensive language and behavior from representatives. I request an immediate investigation into these incidents and expect appropriate action to be taken against the individuals responsible for such behavior. I tried calling them and contacting them but call not connected.
