[Resolved]  StashFin — High Rate of Penal Interest

Hi Team,

Need help on the Loan taken from Stasfin.
I took loan of 1, 00, 000 in December 2020. It was for a period of 15 months.
Due to COVID 19 situation, I have been struggling to make payments.
A line of credit of 1, 00, 000 was issued. I used the line of credit, until I miss 2 months payment due to famiy crsis in August 2021.

I was being harassed constantly for 2 months, I was promised a 50% penal interest waiver.

I have been making payments since September each month of 10, 000 to 12, 000 each month. Its been 6 months and I must have paid more than 65, 000.

Still my balance shows as 66, 000. Each month interest and penalty is being calculated upto 6, 000 which is ridiclous.

The previous penalty waiver promised, has never been credited or applied. Each time false promises are given.

When I send an email t the customer care Tam and Legal Team, they do not respond back by Email. Just I am being told on Whats app ot speak to them on Phone.

I have spoken to them on phone and the situation has never been resolved. I cannot pay such high amount of Interest.

I feel that taking the opportunity of crisis people have been facing through the Pandemic this company is bullying and harassing people.

Each month 10, 000 I pay 6, 000 is deducted as Interest. Yesterday I asked for a settlement amount to be share and discussed by Email.

I am still being asked to call they, do not want to discuss anything over email. I have been made false promises in the past, so I only want to deal with this company over email.

I do not want to speak to them over the Phone. Please help me resolve this situation.
