[Resolved] StashFin Loan App — foreclose my loan

My nave anil kumar i am from himachal pradesh i am tring to forclose my loan since last 3 weeks, once amount showed overdue, they charged 5000 extra after chat they reduce the amount but after reduction i am asking abut foreclosser since last 4 weeks no response at all, no call or reply from stashfin... After writing a harsh mail they replied on payment method bt that link goes to facebook workplace login...
So pathetic service i am not going to pay till the time get proper resolution of service... As in complains i got to know that after paying full and final amount still emi gone... I do not want to take such risk... Please ask them..
