[Resolved]  StashFin — Loan closure

I had taken a loan amount of 1.2 packs from this company made one payment and had lost my job they have been calling ever since from two months . Someone named Ashis Sharma called me and said u pay 67000 and we will settle your account and with in 30 mins I will receive my loan closure letter I payed the amount and it reflected on my account that I paid but I did it get my noc. Some one called again after an hour ans said that I have to make a payment as I told him that I did make a payment he said sorry sir yes I see a payment is made and u will get a loan closure letter and the balance I now zero I have not received any letter or email from them I have been posting on social media but they have removed my comments I have been sending emails to what Ashis Sharma had given by there is no response I request you guys to help me out and help me get my noc as Ashish had promised Ashis had mentioned on a call that this is a recorded line and he is settling this account
