StashFin — loan paid still showing overdue

My stasfinn loan due as on 8th april is paid on 7th april of rs.5000... But still showing overdue... Mob no. [protected]... Getting repeated messages from stasfinn to pay more rs.5000... But how i can pay double of emi amount... Tried to chat with customer care but no replies yet... Pls look into the matter on urgent basis and resolve the matter as soon as possible... Thank you
