[Resolved]  StashFin — personal loan, foreclosure of loan, not getting noc, amount not updated.

I have tried to raise a ticket in your app a hundred times now and not getting any kind of response from anyone. Is your team sleeping or they just don't care or stashfin is a fraud company who never responds after paying the whole amount? I'm seriously extremely angry seeing that this how your company treats their valuable customers.
For the foreclosure of my loan i have paid its full amount on 12th august 2020 and still there is some amount showing in the app that i have to pay, what a pathetic treatment is this? Like seriously what do you want? That i keep paying you my whole life?
It has been almost a month now and i still can't get a noc for my closed load because stashfin has no intention of closing it, right? Is this what you do with all your customers?

I'm expecting a solution for it as soon as possible and expecting a phone call at [protected]
