StashFin — Recovery agents behaviour

I have taken a loan from stashfin last year for immediate emergency. Until i can clear this amount, i found out that my wife has cancer. I dont have a proper employment. I am just a private tutor. And due the medical bills i am unable to pay the amount which i promise to clear very soon with reasonable fine. Since march due to covid 19 pandemic all educational activities are closed. My wife's treatment is still going on. I am facing a huge financial crisis. Now a recovery agent named sachin sharma stating himself a employee of stashfin calling me and threating me. Somehow he managed to get some of my contacts and now he is calling them.
