Sir/mam,
I have taken a loan from stashfin of only rs 5000 for my dad treatment. My dad expired this 22nd november 2019, and today i paid rs 3000. Inspite of that the recovery agents of stashfin and bajrang collection are calling all my colleagues and abusing them and threatening them and myself. I already paid rs 3000, yet they are telling to pay rs 9500 for a loan of just rs 5000. I already requested them to give me a week time so that i can pay the rest rs 3000 yet they are constantly calling my colleagues and abusing them and defaming me which is an offence under sec 500 ipc.
