I am writing to formally want to file a complaint against a loan app, [stashfin loan app ], for subjecting me to severe mental harassment. I am deeply disturbed by the behaviour of that company recovery agency, which have caused me significant distress and anxiety. I would like to provide the following details regarding the incidents of mental harassment: 1. Dates of Harassment: [2021 to till date. These dates or time period during which i experienced mental harassment.] 2. Description of Harassment: your loan application recovery agency continued calling me and talked like a inhuman manner. Behaviors was very offensive by your the loan app agency that have caused me to mental distress. 3. Impact : Due to stashfin Loans recovery agent, I was affected from very bad mental health, daily life. Also I suffered from my health issues because I didn't sleep well, felt like very unusual depression due to stashfin Loans recovery agents. More over I informed to stashfin organization that don't continues calling and texting me. But they're continue to call and threatening me with name of legal action and call my family members. No one would called and texted me at the moment of when I needed for the loans. But nowadays I suffer from financial issues. I can't able to payment one single rupees . Oct 26, 2023 Updated by Aurovil When I applied a loan from stashfin app there I saw i am not eligible for loan and they still send me msgs to pay the loan dues and it showing no credit line code errors LOC_001. They continuously blackmailing me . Again blackmailing same on by email and by text message. I also complain on StashFin customer support but not getting any appropriate notified about the posted complaint. On the stashfin app I Found transfer error, when I was try transfer fund in my account showing error code 101 and 301. Oct 28, 2023 Updated by Aurovil Hello, I am harrassed continuously by a company called Stashfin.. They are saying that I have taken a loan from them ., they blackmailing me such that they have lunch the complaint regarding if I will not pay for the loan . I have been subjected to persistent and offensive language and behavior from representatives. But I am facing fanacial problem. I haven't money enough to gave for the loan. But they didn't not understand my issues and continuesly calling me. I request an immediate investigation into these incidents and expect appropriate action to be taken against the individuals responsible for such behavior.
