I am harrassed continuously by a company called Stashfin. They are saying that I have taken a loan from them in 2021 and emailed me as they have registered the complaint also regarding the same.
These loan app recovery agency frequently call me and threatened me with name of legal action. They calmed they send money on my account. But when I used this app, my phone was hack by that app. The loan status was failed and then my phone...

I am writing to formally want to file a complaint against a loan app, [stashfin loan app ], for subjecting me to severe mental harassment. I am deeply disturbed by the behaviour of that company recovery agency, which have caused me significant distress and anxiety.

I would like to provide the following details regarding the incidents of mental harassment:

On September 2nd 2023, I completed the full payment and obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC). However, my current balance still reflects as 31, 400, and my CIBIL Report displays a remark of "Wilful default SUIT filed." I kindly request that you remove the "Wilful default SUIT filed" remark and promptly update my outstanding balance to zero on my CIBIL report. For your reference, I have attached the NOC as proof....

I applied for a credit line with Stashfin, seeking a loan of ₹95, 000 to meet some urgent financial needs. I went into this arrangement with the belief that I would be treated fairly and transparently, as any responsible lender should. However, the events that have unfolded since then have been far from fair or transparent.

To date, I have made payments totaling ₹1, 35, 000 – an amount that exceeds the original loan principal by a significant margin. Despite this, Stashfin is now demanding an additional ₹40, 000. This demand not only defies logic but also plunges into the realm o[censored]sury, where exorbitant interest rates and hidden charges are employed to exploit vulnerable consumers.

I implore all of you to be cautious and vigilant when dealing with institutions like Stashfin. As consumers, we deserve ethical treatment and transparency from lenders. It is my sincere hope that by sharing my experience, others can be informed and protected from falling into a similar trap.

My experience with Stashfin has exposed several alarming issues:

Hidden Terms and Conditions: Stashfin deliberately obfuscates critical terms and conditions, leaving borrowers in the dark about the full extent of their financial commitment. This lack of transparency is not just unfair; it is a breach of trust that preys on those who are in need.

Unjust Interest Rates: The interest rates applied by Stashfin are beyond reasonable comprehension. They have taken advantage of my situation to the point where I am essentially paying double the original loan amount. This practice is morally reprehensible and should have no place in a fair lending environment.

Harassment and Intimidation: Stashfin's pursuit of an additional ₹40, 000 has not been backed by any credible explanation. Instead, they have resorted to harassment and intimidation tactics, causing me immense mental and emotional distress. This is a clear violation of ethical conduct.

Today morning I have paid my bill amount via NEFT. But still they not updated my bill amount and tomorrow is bill date. I have already paid before bill date . please update my amount as soon as possible....

I have paid all the loan amount and loan has closed on 01/08/2022 and also received No dues Certificate for Loan reference ID : SER[protected] . from Stashfin.
But now its still reflecting overdue amount of Rs.13, 946 in my CIBIL...

A customer representative named Arthi called me and offered to close the loan and get me the N.O.C if I pay minimum amount Rs.1850 .She said that N.O.C will be issued in 48 hours but I still have not received it yet....
