Subject:- Mobile Number not updated after many request
Tenant the above after submitting 3-4 times Mobile number updating application in my home branch the updated number is not reflected in my account. Whenever I try to make payment it sends the OTP on the OLD Number i.e [protected] registered with bank which is no longer in use from last 1 year. Also, whenever I try to login in my Mobile Application or change the MPin it always shows invalid user.
I fed up of all this actually I have t make payment on very urgent basis and not able to do the same and no one is going to help me out.
