State Bank Credit Card — fraudulent transaction on my sbi credit card

On 9th dec 2017 at 9:43 am i got otp from sbi credit card for the transaction of 10000 & 9999 respectively throgh airtel money.As i never sared my cvv & otp with any one but above transaction completed instead of my best effort.I requested to sbi card management to make proper investigation but they have been repeateadlly telling me it is bonafide transaction.
I urge to RBI pleadge investigate the matter & ensure return my money
