State Bank Credit Card — Phone collection agent harassment

I had applied and received moratorium for sbi credit card repayment.in august, in difficult situation after lockdown
. I borrowed from friends and paid 24, 000 rupees. Bank continued to demand money and in less than 1 month of paying, sent collection agents to my home. The agents coming to home were ok, but their "superior" who sat in mumbai began talking to me on their phone. His name was rahul (Surname probably nikam). He was extremely rude, arrogant and threatening. He said to me that he is launching a police complaint against me that i threatened with suicide. Well, i did not.
When i sent an email to bank, bank responded with "due to covid-19 situation, we are unable to respond to you." apparently, bank was working enough to send collection agents, where there was no covid effect.

I take strong objection tothis high-handed tactics of bank.
