Hello Sir, I am a person who is a joke or you can say a time pass for the chandni chowk, delhi branch of state bank of hyderabad. I have applied for business loan approval with this branch since two and a half month back and submitted the all relate documents after one week. but the concerned authority hadn't take any action for forwarding my file to karol bagh branch (regional office). when i did follow up with the bank they told me that the concerned person of loan department is on leave and will be back after 15 days. again after 20 days when i did follow up now the concerned person was available but the branch manager was on leave for 18-20 days which was extended to 25 days. Till now i mean to say till today my file is still with the same branch and not forwarded to the regional office for approval. If the branch officials are not in mood to do work or not interested in forwarding our file why they aren't tell us clearly so that we can move on somewhere else. Is this the right behavior to deal with the customers.

SIR I AM TELLING U WITH A HOPE THAT THIS IS HAPPEN WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. sir why i want to know that unit in midc is consider as a collateral security the reason is i have done all papers told by NANDED branch because at KINWAT branch manager sir has told me that i have no staff an i have no time to discuss this matter. CO-OP INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, SHIVAJINAGAR, NANDED 431 603 MAHARASTRA I ask document list and discuss about my project that i want to mortgage my ice factory in midc are and want to start a new business of fly ash bricks at beside ANOTHER plot and clearly ask two times because i have not done lone before so it will consider as a collateral security or not from NANDED branch they told there is no lone or dues on this unit so SBH can consider it as collateral security (they told clearly that we can consider it as collateral security ) nest question i asked them that is my it return is nil i have last 5 years but it is nil the answer was sir u are staring a new business and we can understand my current ice factory is on my mother's name so there is no return. they told it return was not a big issue, after that i was cleared that all thing is clear and i done all papers told by NANDED branch and give to them ask for check the file so there will be no further problems they check my file (after 35 days they call me and told all documents are ok ) meanwhile they visit my ice factory unit twice for inspection that time they all satisfied .Then they told that u have to submit the file to KINWAT branch i go to Kinwat branch and tell that i have done all needful papers told by NANDED branch, and the branch has told to submit file to KINWAT branch at that time KINWAT branch manager visit my unit and take pic o[censored]nits and told ok i have no time to forward the file when i got time then i will forward the file to NANDED ok i thought that after 5 - 10 days file will be forwarded i asked for revived copy but BM told me i will not give u that. Ok i thought BM is telling so he will send after 12 days for asking what happened KINWAT BM told i had not done this type of lone before i tell it is first unit in KINWAT MIDC so it is possible but in NANDED there is many units like this so please sir send my file to NANDED branch and the main thing is NANDED branch has seen and told ok to papers KINWAT BM speak with NANDED branch and told me i will send then also after 10 days he BM is telling there is no final deed in papers the legal opinion told by branch has clearly mention that when the lone is sanctioned that time it will be needed and in that it is clearly mentioned that if final lease deed is been need to bank then sanctioned letter or conditional letter will be needed to provide MIDC the BM told i will not give u letter and not forward this file to NANDED branch, after this i can't tolerate to BM and i go straight to AGM NANDED where i have ask for document and told ok to file, THE MAIN THING WAS THAT THE AGM SIR STRAIGHTLY SAID THAT MIDC UNIT IS NOT CONSIDER AS COLLATERAL SECURITY I TOLD THAT I HAVE ASKED TO YOUR OFFICE AGM SIR TOLD GO AND ASK THAT PERSON THE PERSON SAID THAT SIR I HAVE CHECK ALL DOCUMENTS AND VISITED THE UNIT DONE ALL FORMALITY OF PAPER WORK OUR PANEL LEGAL OPINION IS TELLING THE PROPERTY IS CLEAR FOR MORTGAGE AGM SIR TOLD GO AND BRING ANOTHER NA PROPERTY FOR THIS AND THIS WILL NOT CONSIDER AS COLL ASTRAL SECURITY I TOLD HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE FIRST YOUR OFFICER (WHOM AGM SIR IS TELLING TO ASK DOCUMENTS) IS TELLING THAT IS OK WE CAN GIVE LONE ON THIS AND THEN SUDDENLY AGM SIR REFUSE WITHOUT TAKING A MINUIT. MY ICE FACTORY VALUATION IS 155 LACK AND NANDED BRANCH TOLD ME THAT YOUR PROJECT OF FLY ASH IS OF 4 CR YOU CAN GET LONE AMOUNT OF 295 LACKS ON THIS ICE FACTORY. SIR I AM NOT TELLING THAT I NEED 295 LACK BUT IF POSSIBLE ON THIS UNIT MAXIMUM FROM SBH I WILL TAKE I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SBH. My ATM Debit card was stolen by somebody on 21st May 2015 and I request that my card may please be blocked immediately. I am a retired SBH bank official and let me tell you that there is a lot of corruption and scams worth crores of rupees which I had exposed and CVC also agreed to that. RBI also agreed but SBH and SBI are not taking any action against them as they are trying to protect them. If you have deposits with this bank, be careful as your deposits will soon disappear after adjusting for these scams. I have all the evidences available with me and loans of larger amounts have been sanctioned based upon fake financials of the companies and top officials have minted a lot of money.And many top officials are so characterless that they have even debited their CALL GIRLS BILLS to some Branches also. Now you yourself imagine the gravity of the situation.

Hello I have account on SHB basvangudi Bangalore. i am working women i can go to bank on Saturdays only. so i went on 25th of jan 2014. i told bank representative Hema lata. to start RD on every month 4th as i get salary on 1st. so every month i use to deposit on 1st not even one month i missed dot on 1st i have deposited money. when RD matured on 4th feb i got to know on interest they have reduced 6K . when i enqured they are telling i stared RD on 25th and every month on 24th its waiting for next deposit, because of which every time deposit is delayed and my interest rate is reduced. when i enquired with manager he is making fun of my situations no one helped me . Pls tell me for banks representative mistake why should i bare loss. its hard earned money we dont get it for sit in bank like them. doing timepass drinking tea all the time.

Dear sir, my name is Shivam mishra and my account no. is [protected]. my complaint is a service complaint because my atm card is not reach on my address. atm card's speed post number is EX[protected]IN, who is a wrong number . so please provide my atm card on my address. as soon as possible its a request to the bank maneger.

The worst service I've seen! No proper response to customer queries. The worst part is, they just wont allow anyone into the bank even in working hours saying server is offline. They wont even allow those who do not have anything to do with server. I bet there wont be even a single customer who is satisfied with their service. I applied for ATM almost 1 year back and no response till I approached the bank for at least 2 to 3 times a week for almost two months. At last i received my ATM card almost one and half month back and yet I am checking out for my PIN daily since then. Most of the times bank remains closed even in working hours with customers waiting outside. When they ask about the reason, they just don't respond to them. And now I am done with the so called bank and want to clear my account as soon as possible. Hope I can do this when the bank opens!!!

This was taken for my son's education and the interest rate is 13.9% for this loan. I have paid 2 lakhs plus back till date, however my son currently is unemployed and I am also retired. My family income per month is just Rs.10, 100(pension) and my wife is a home maker. We are old couple and since my son is unemployed we are unable to pay the loan EMI. As I have paid almost 2 lakhs till now, can this taken as repayment towards principal amount and the rest be waived off. I want to make an appeal to the honorable chief minister and prime minister and urge that they waive off the remaining amount. Please advise me on this.
