Hi,

I want to bring to your notice that, i cannot able to do the internet transactions.

I have already submitted the kyc documents thrice, doesn't know where it is getting lapsed. While asking the question to the staff getting ridicules answers that customers has to submit kyc as many times as demanded. Still there is no progress. I am here with attaching the forms submitted to the bank.

Please solve the kyc issue for my account details of which are given below.

    I have an account in sbi, branch-bhawanigarh, punjab. I had made a purchase on myntra and i had made the payment from paypal through my debit card. Myntra has processed my refund through paypal on 11 th october 2019.in my paypal account, under the activity section, it's showing that the refund has been processed by myntra but that amount is not reflecting in my bank account. I spoke to paypal's customer care executive and they told me to contact the sbi bank. I spoke to the bank also but they are saying that they are not responsible for the payments made through third-party apps.

      Sir,

      I am a customer of indian bank, dabagardens, visakhapatnam. When i was undergoing training at bengaluru and due to paucity of time and urgent in need of cash, i requested my colleague to withdraw an amount of rs.10, 000 on[protected]. He tried to withdraw cash at atm id:20348004, sbh, rajajinagar on[protected] at 19.20:46 but could not draw the cash due to technical errors. But i received message that the cash was withdrawn and my account was debited. Though 48 hours exceeded, the amount was not credited back into my account. As i am unable to visit bank personally, i requested the bank by mail at '[protected]@sbhyd.co.in' with a copy marked to '[protected]@indianbank.co' on[protected] which was undelivered to sbh but it was delivered to indian bank. Thereafter, after obtaining correct mail id from phone, i again mailed to '[protected]@sbi.co.in' with a copy marking to '[protected]@indianbank.co' on[protected] which was delivered, but so far no reply received.
      Please note that i returned to visakhapatnam and cannot visit the sbi, rajaji nagar branch, bengalore. Please also note that banking web sites are not providing their mail ids. Therefore, i request to look into matter.

      Please verify the status of my complaint dtd 8th July. Though it is notified on the SBH customer support on the same day, no response from them till date.

        Sir i purchased a product through my debit card from amazon. But i didn't receive the product due to some problem they said they will refund the money directly to my bank account by 24 of june.

        But i didn't received the money, they have given reference number and said to contact the customer care of the bank in case of incomplete refund.

        When i tried to call up the customer care it is saying to check the number and dial. So please refund my money as soon as possible. The ref no given by amazonis 569297.

          I have the salary account in sbh panjagutta branch, but currently (From 2015 onwards) i am not using this account. I want to open the new saving account in sbi in another branch.
          So can i transfer the salary account to savings account in another branch.
          If possible what is the procedure and can transfer the account through online.
          And also i am unable to log in sbh site through online.

              I made a deposit of 2lakhs in state bank of hyderabad in 2011 when it comes to maturity i didn't receive full maturity amount.. They deducted 19086 i don't know what they are deducted they didn't gave any details of the deduction, for tds i submitted 15 g form every year.. But still amount is deducted. When i asked in state bank of india chodavaram, visakhapatnam dist they also agreed that we submitted form every year.. But they don't know how the amount is deducted.. That didn't gave me the statement of amount deduction. My contact no.[protected]

                I have ppf account in the name of my daughter in bank of hyderabad at kothrud branch. Since last 10 months i trying to put money this account but they are not accepting cash or cheque of any other bank. They are accepting cheque of same bank only and forcing me to open new account in their bank... I am not aware if it is compulsory to have accout in same branch.

                  Dear sir my name p. Chandradeep. I am using sbh account. My account number:[protected]. Chuchukonda village branch.in our village your team response, working performance, explanation, customer handiling, replay, and if customer asking any quarry they people's responding [censored]ly. May i know are you provided any customer satisfaction services.in my village the sbh bank should maintaind 5 villages people's. There is having one branch only. After long time you are providing one sbh atm machine but when you are provided atm machine the atm not working every day. If the machine is working means there is cash not available. Then what is the benefit of this machine. And when ever open the branch tat time only the atm shatter opend. This is not a city this is only village bank opening time the all people's working farmer work. So please understand all the customers situations. Finally we are requestly asking please provide the atm machine services on 24 hours. Please followup and maintain every day cash availability and machine working condition. Once please visit the branch please don't pass the information also. And please send one of your normal person of this branch and observe all responses, behavior s and customer replys also. I am always supporting with you if any quarry's please call me. My numbers:[protected]. And after 10 : 00 am also atm not shatter not opened. Up to now no one attending the jobs in this branch and not open the branch also. Please find the attachment.

                    I have tried to with my money in a atm but it is given processing and then it showed that your transaction is timed out but my money was debited i have not received it from atm. I have waited for money after this msg came but no use. Please provide me solution. I have received the message only one debit transaction which i did after the failure of first attempt in other atm but amount is deducted 2 times.

                      I am account holder in SBH madhira branch IFSC: SBHY0020164, Two days back my account was bloked by bank. I tell the problem to staff, and give chance to with draw money through withdrawal form. But they are not allowed my request and wait two days to transection. They demand adhar card to link up Bank account. Already i have linked my adhar to account. All the staff are not working properly, they enjoy with mobile phone's, so don't accept mobile phones at the time of duty. Accept to them Only land line phones in duty.

                      They blaim cetrel government in front of customer. They tells that those policy of central govt is facing problem's to customer.

                      Please rectify ours problem

                          My salary account is in adarshnagar branch hyderabad, i have applied for new atm card and check book on november 14 th 2108, still now i havent got atm and check book, i called many times to the branch but they didnt lift the call of mine till today. I called to this numbers many times but no response[protected],[protected],[protected], [protected]) i called atleast 300 to 400 times to this numbers.
                          Without atm and check book how can i withdraw my money its almost 2 months. I faced lot of problems without money, bank havent have minimum responsibility to lift the call.

                            One of the worst branch I have ever seen... staff is so arrogant and irresponsible... can’t we set them right? They rely on customers money and they they treat them like slaves...all the staff are useless... they should be taught be with minimum common sense, on how to speak to customers..
                            Sir my name is dilip jadhav. And I am Sbh bank customer.my bank account is unlinked with mobile number or aadharcard number, so then I am given my all document to the bank officer in before 15 to 20 days but my account is not linked with aadhar number or mobile number.
                            My money is debited twice for one transaction with same transaction id
                            I sent 2000rupees it send 2000 and 2000 twice with same id and i lost my 2000 rupess

                              Respected sir/madam.
                              I s. Alekhya. I purchaged jewellery at shop. Khammam district. I used my atm card for pay. Total cost is 5000.in that shop atm swiped two times.. Due to some server problems money declined. It repeated two times. 3rd time transaction is successful completed. But two times it failed. But money also deducted in my account. Total 10000. Its not returned till now. Please accept my request. Solve my problem. As soon as possible. Thanking you.

                                    I am central (Defence) govt contractor and account holder of state bank of india (Formerly state bank of hyderabad, muralinagar junction, visakhapatnam) making all types of transaction for my business purpose.in the process i have taken few fdrs (2000 to 2005) for a guarantee to govt department as & when required. The dept has released the fdrs in 2017 and submitted in the bank for encashment.in that two fdrs were not cleared by bank and saying that we have no records to release the amount. One fdr returned in original and other original one misplaced by mona madam (Employee of bank - transferred to other station). The bank manger also transferred. The present employee is not taking any responsibility to look in to customer problem. I have made a complaint to regional office but no response. I have lost my patience to request again and again and stopped business with that bank. Now i need justice.
