When i went to bank to deposit about 2000rs in my account of 10rs coins in sbh martur they resfused to deposit it and they are telling that that we will not deposit your money. There is no any circulation, notice, or regulation about banning of 10rs coins from rbi. Even they are giving silly excuses in home branch that we are not having space for the 10rs coins.
When i said to them that if you have any notice regarding this then show me but instead of showing notice to me or making any clarification to me the staff members are saying that dont argue with us just take your money and get away from here.

Its my humble request to rbi that please take severe action regarding this issue for all the banks who are behaving like this with their customer.

    Reference to the subject, i have submitted the following cheques for transfer from my sb a/c no.[protected], state bank of hyderabad (Now india)/sccl/godahavarikhani, peddapalli dist. To deposit/transfer in to other bank branchs. The details are furnished below.

    The above mentioned 3 nos. Cheques 1 no. 725720 submitted at kotak mahindra bank/kothagudem branch on 12.06.2017 and 2 nos. 725722, 725723 submitted at andhra bank/godavarikhani-505209 branch on 08.06.2017. Three sms were received on 13.06.2017 from state bank of hyderabad (India)/sccl/godavarikhani branch that the cheque nos. 725720, dt. 05.06.2017, 725722, dt.08.06.2017 and 725723, dt.08.06.2017 are dishonored and an amount of rs.575/- for each of the above cheques (Total-rs.1725/-) is deducted from my sbh/gdk sb account towards charges.

    The kotak mahinder bank/kothagudem branch has sent a letter dt.17.06.2017 to m/s margadarshi chit fund pvt. Ltd./kothagudem the cheque no. 725720, dt. 05.06.2017 for rs.8, 500/-given by me could not be passed through cts/chennai and hence returning the cheque “to contact drawee/drawee bank, present again”.

    On the same lines, the andhra bank/godavarikhani-505209 branch authorities have informed that the cheque nos.725722, dt.08.06.2017 and 725723, dt.08.06.2017 each for rs.30, 000/- could not be passed through cts/chennai and the reasons given vide bank memo collected by me in person, is that on 08.06.2017- no connectivity and again on 12.06.2017-“to contact drawee/drawee bank, present again”. The said cheques along with the memo were returned to me.

    The reason given for dishonoring the above 3 cheques given by shb/godavarikhani sccl branch “to contact drawee/drawee bank, present again” doesn’t have any clarity. When there are sufficient funds available in my account and inspite of counter signing by the party on the cheques if there are any unintended corrections levying penalty in the way of dishonor of cheques by state bank of hyderabad (India)/ sccl/godavarikhani branch is inappropriate.

    A copy of the details mentioned above is enclosed and it is requested to peruse and pursue the above matter and do the needful, so that the deducted amount of rs.1725/- to redeposit in to my account in state bank of hyderabad (India)/ sccl/godavarikhani branch.

      Its 21 days.
      Bankers are responding that there's a merge with sbi so the process getting late.
      Still it u don't
      Get your money back come after one week.

        The form 26as uploaded by the bank has major errors requiring urgent rectification without which i can neither pay my self assessment tax nor file my it return for ay: 2017-18 (Fy:2016-17). I have submitted an application for rectification of the error to the chief manager sbh/sbi bagh lingampalli branch on june 6, 2016. I understand from the chief manager of the branch that she has already forwarded my case to your franchise chartered accountant firm for rectification. I regret to say that. Even after ten days no rectification has taken place because of which i am unable to file my it return for the cost and consequences of which i will hold the bank responsible. Please do the needful.

          Hello, my mother has account in this branch and now she doesnot live in bangalore. When we want to draw the money, self check is given, branch says she has to come personally, the account is forbidden and she has to come in person. We had given letter signed to close the account and give check to her son which is not being done. More than 5 to 10 visits done so far. First 2-3 times they were always saying that signature mismatch. Now manager santhoshkumar says the account can only be transferred.
          My question is when she is giving letter or self cheque why money is not given or based on letter why account cannot be closed?

            Hi,
            I have an account with sbh acc# [protected] (Mallikarjuna nagar branch); there was trial of three times to withdraw at uppal axis bank atm with twice 4k and once 1k rupees i. E 9000/-. However havent received the cash. Attached the screenshot. Have called the customer and was told it would credit in a week or so but no sign of it yet. Can i have someone check immediately?

            Withdrawing cheque by same person it is written to still bank is claiming as third party and restricting to withdraw only 20000 rupees per cheque. Really poor service, no support for customers

              I am holding a account (Acct no [protected]) in your bank for the past 10 years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 40, 000 has been debited from my account on april 9th with out my knowledge and presence in india. I came to canada on 30th march 2017.

              The transaction came to light when i tried to access my funds to pay my education loan.

                Hi sir/madam,

                This is to bring to your notice that my monthly installment got deducted even after closure of the car loan.

                I had taken a car loan from sbh, vikrampuri, secunderabad branch on march, 2015 and have closed the loan on 15th may, 2017, however the monthly installment got deducted this month (June) as well.

                I raised a complain however no one was available even to address it. I was said that there are so many complains we cannot look into everything, moreover the person who looks into it is on leave and there is no one to assist. I do not understand how such a big bank has so much staff scarcity.in that case please let the customer know that they have to wait for months for their complaints to be addressed.

                The next day i was asked to come to the branch even though it was 60 km away from my house, must acknowledge the great service here, as the person in charge said he cannot work on it through sms/email, not sure this was because of his laziness or lack of technical knowledge.

                I skipped my office and went to the branch just to raise the complain. The person in charge, srinivas rao greeted me with 'cant i just be on leave for a day, next day people come and eat my head'. The guy continued to ask me irrelevant questions and kept mocking me time and again.

                He went on to mention that it was the fault of hdfc bank wherein we have the account, that they credited the money... Hats off to the logic!!!

                I have no idea when my money will come back, or if it will ever come. The behavior of the bank employees clearly states that we are a burden and not customer for the bank. We have been treated like we have stolen some money from the bank.

                Please work on it and escalate the matter if needed.

                Kindly request you to look into the matter at the earliest.

                      Bank Manager of Siil campus - palvoncha [P .APPA RAO] is witholding money without due reason and without any intimation atleast.
                      This time- amount has been deducted without prior reason and information too.

                      I checked out the reason and understood that - Bank manager is creating withholds for all accounts which haven't paid the dues .
                      There is a minimum threshold (either time/money) to atleast consider while creating this withhold.

                      Unlike other branches, even the staff is not aware of this practise by bank Manager.

                      When i went t bank and asked him the reason, there is no proper response.
                      I am a school teacher from ST background with minimal salary and have to pay my expenses and children fees and expenses.
                      This is the first time, i am experiencing such difficulties from this bank manager. all previous years, i had never such issues.
                      This has been viewed for past 8 months from my account.

                      at least prior information to me on such incidents could at least alert me to be prepared of such situations.No news of such information too.

                      This has been a regular process and i have checked with couple of other customers too.

                      Bank Manager is not at all attentive in responding to our concerns and always not available at his desk during 15th and 25th as mentioned in the website.

                        I t. Rajendra prasad, logging this complaint on behalf of my father t seshagiri rao, who is a senior citizen and bearing the sbh a/c no : [protected] in the branch : vanasthalipuram.

                        With reference to today's transaction status (01, june, 2017), we come to know that our cheque 5125 rs/- was dishonored due to insufficient money (Due to delay in state govt pension credit). This caused the debit of 575 rs/- from the account due to dishonor charges - which should infact be 115 rs/.

                        Is there any reason why sbh is overshooting the additional or hidden charges on the customers.

                          Acc no:[protected], Amazon has issued refund to my account of 6899/- and they have provided me the refund reference number:[protected] and transaction number: [protected] and it's through rpgs refund. I visited my home branch which is at barkas hyd and they are not helping me to locate my refund.
                          Please help me or else I will have to go to consumer forum.

                            I took loan of rs 400000 from SBH in Feb 2016, rate of interest is 14%. According to that interest rate EMI should be around 9400 for 60months, but they are deducting 9626 rs from last 16 months. But today in their records it is showing that the EMI is 10049 rs. After asking them the bank people are saying that EMI is revised, according to my knowledge EMI should not change for personal loans. Pls resolve this issue as I am loosing more than 24000 for 5 yrs. Recently I have lost one loan due to negative report in the cibil because of the bank mistake.

                              I am Vaidyulu Hareesh kashyap, account holder of your bank bearing with account number [protected].
                              I tried withdraw sum of 4000rs from vijaya bank ATM, which is located near government hospital Mahabub nagar 31March 2017at18:48.The transaction id is[protected]. While I got 500rs only, Rs4000 deducted from my accocnt. And i got a receipt of "dear customer forget to collect cash" from that ATM.
                              I filed a complaint about the issue through SBH customer care on 1st april2017. The complaint number is AT[protected]. i got a message from SBH customer care as "your problem is resolved, please contact your home branch" . Then I contact the branch. they said, the complaint logged wrongly so you got only 500. then i gave another complaint to the branch and branch logged another complaint on 13 april 2017. The complaint no is AT[protected].
                              I went to bank 0n 08 may 2017, they logged another complaint, AT[protected] is the complaint no.
                              Today is 17may, still my problem not resolved.
                              For such issue i contact SBH central office, Mumbai through phone on25 april. They said that your dispute amount ₹3500 credited in branch account.(branch account no is 98582) on15 april. But the branch accountent said no such amount credited in there branch on that day.
                              So, kindly perceive the transaction and credit my amount Rs3500 back.

                                  I'm Mahesh Reddy i have a bank account in SBH bank Devarakadra branch last two days i am going to my nearest branch Devarakadra bank, i am asking for gold loan they are not responding properly, one of accountants says that we don't know the process of gold loan, less stuff more accounts in this branch, just 5 mints of work taking gold loan but they taking more then 2days of full day time,

                                    Sir,
                                    I'm ex-serviceman and saving acct holder of sbh (Now sbi)
                                    Acct no.[protected]. Today i went to branch withdrawn rs 10, 000/_ and visit to pass book printing counter. The employee at the same counter said counter is closed at 4 pm.
                                    I request him that printing time is 0430 pm so please print my pass book. His language is "bakwas karte raho jab tak karna hai, main passbook print nahi karunga" same time all bank staff, guard and some customer was present. No one tell me the employer's name.
                                    So i'll request you to look in the matter and do the needful.

                                      I am busara vasanth kumar, i have savings account in municipal complex branch, account no. [protected]. I applied for online transaction. They allotted pin number. So, my account opened. But, not up gradation of my account for further online transactions. I visited many times of our branch. But, their are not solved the problem. So, please rectify my online account.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        My name is k. Yadagiri. I have salary account with number [protected] at sbh nelakondapally khammam (Dt) telangana (State). I have drawn the amount 20000 on 7/3/2015 from outsourcing sbi suryapet suryapet (Dt) telangana (State). I didn't receive the money. I complained to the home branch after that i have complained to rbi. Complaint number is [protected]. They closed the case inability to submit cctv image 20/5/2015. After that i went to the khammam consumer forum case number c. C. No.20/2015. They also closed the case on the base of rbi. Without sufficient light, security, cctv image are not clear who are the responble.
