State Bank Of Hyderabad — deducted tds total maturity amount is not paid

I made a deposit of 2lakhs in state bank of hyderabad in 2011 when it comes to maturity i didn't receive full maturity amount.. They deducted 19086 i don't know what they are deducted they didn't gave any details of the deduction, for tds i submitted 15 g form every year.. But still amount is deducted. When i asked in state bank of india chodavaram, visakhapatnam dist they also agreed that we submitted form every year.. But they don't know how the amount is deducted..
