State Bank Of Hyderabad — Home Loan EMI ECS incorrectly increased and submitted

Hi,

My housing loan account number with State Bank of Hyderabad is [protected], at Salt Lake City branch, Kolkata. I had submitted for ECS from my HDFC bank Saving account. My EMI amount is INR 14, 040, however the bank has submitted ECS for INR 40, 040. Every month therefore there is an attempt to debit 40, 040 from my account. After complaining, the bank official says that he has submitted the request to cancel the ECS however it has been more than 6 months still it has not been cancelled. Once my account has also been debited by INR 40, 040. Please help on priority to cancel this erroneous ECS.
