in my Sbi Savings account i am noticed continuesly the sbi is dedcuted 11.45 two times in a week till ithey are debeted my 400 rupees till now what are this charges when i call to sbi custmer help line they are saying that we don't know that charges one word they are saying that just contact the branch what if their own employee only don't know about this charges means sbi heads are doing some big scam ... please stop this cuttings without any sms or intimation please case a file on sbi i will provide my passbook print as proff lets intragate the sbi heads please help us we are our hard and earned money CBI has to take this case it is a shame to sbi private banks are provide great services to their custmers ..

I just got this today in my debit account of SBH. No idea, what is this...

My name is Rajath. I'm currently staying and working in Vapi. Self hold account with SBI chennai Perambur Branch. Post Demonetization self was forced to use MY DEBIT card to fill fuel and carryy work in Vapi. now self realised that bank is charging Rs. 11.50 as surcharge/tips from 19/11/2016.
This has been charged for me 3times for the last month alone.
This is really discourage me from becoming digital and hence request the bank to repay the 11.50amount deducted from me for the last three times.

HI fnz even i am using Sb account in bangalore from past 7 months even i am getting debited 4 Times till today from my a/c in my bank statement its showing like this {surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd} 11.5 Rs/- if i call for SBI Call Center they will tell to take mobile banking after that call me they will tell. I have took Mobile Banking after that if i call they are asking User Id and Password of the Mobile Banking According to RBI and SBI rules we should not give any Password .But these people are asking why i dont know. fnz do one thing register one complaint in online to Consumer court its easy only i will make complaint. Once i will enquire in hmm Branch after that i will make

Dear friends ... same happened with me and sure with all this is happening... So the msg is ... Do your transactions in Black to avoid this type of taxs... dont be honest... give the chances to develop black money to others too. only then we can save our money.. other wise it will happen...
