My name is ajay phogat . i am account holder in state bank of india branch charkhi dadri, bhiwani haryana. i credit my account rs. 3000 and the sbi bank debit my account 57.50 and display the charge of inter city charge .What is the inter city charge rule.

if any rule of RBI of inter city charge then show me the detail otherwise refund my payment .
