Dear Team,
I have an account in SBI Patrkarpuram Branch in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
I have requested to convert my account to savings plus and my account has been converted to savings plus. But MOD is not functional.
I tried contacting at the Branch many a times for this issue but unfortunately problem was not resolved.
I filed complaint on SBI online compliant forum below is the reply on complaint.

I am wondering that though I have received an email that issue has been resolved while nothing has been done and my MOD Account is still not functional yet. I am loosing on interest amount every day.
Please look into the issue on priority.
