Still after repeated complaints it is observed we do not get resolution for the issues being faced by us for so long.
CKYC could be updated by the bank only and not by us at our end. repeatedly we asked SBI to update ckyc the way they have updated KYC in the bank record. Result ckyc still continues with obsolete info. May cause serious trouble sometime. Who will be responsible for this?
Secondary when you login for the net banking IT returns back to mobile banking every time. Result all the features available only in net banking could not be avail of. They say it is a technical issue. For so many months. Who will resolve this issue?
Next from 121 has replaced form 15 h for the new financial year since first April 2026. Still after 3 months for 121 was not made available online . Resulting into so much trouble and waste of time.
Being a very old customer and a senior citizen too for so long with SBI, the bank always exempted AMC of the debit card. This could be verified by inspecting the last 2 years our account. Repeated requested in this matter also brought no result. Discouraging us to make any more FD wit SBI.
