State Bank Of India [SBI] — Abuse language used by credit card recovery agent / field manager

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i have a very bad experience with your credit card / recovery team, let me explain, this incident happened on may 12 in the noon exactly 12:20 IST
This is Charan Teja - SBI credit card holder with card number - [protected] and the payment against this card delayed since last 2 months and the recovery agent / field manager - Yashwant reddy - [protected] reached me on my mobile WhatsApp number - [protected] over chat and audio calls, however since i did not made minimum due he was questioned over WhatsApp chat and when i replied saying i don't have money, he started insisting me to make minimum due however at that point i am help less according to my medical condition, i also informed him that i will take care if anything i had to face legally then immediately he called me over my WhatsApp and started using abusive language against my mom and dad which includes me which is so embarrassing and i was waited for more agents to reach me to escalate this to next level however every time agents reaching me just to ask me to make the due but no help in escalating this matter.
I kindly request you to take this incident very seriously also i will tag this over social media and RBI / banking Ombuds
