State Bank Of India [SBI] — cdm failure

Address:Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

I had deposited rs.20, 000/- in an sbi (State bank of india) cdm (On 05/01/2019 11:05 am), but amount has been not credited to my account. The bank team has claimed that it would get credited by 08/01/2019. I had tried thorough the cdm because i need the amount in bank immediately and i was away from my home branch. What is the use of presence of cdm if it is not working properly.
I had faced such situation for many times in sbi.
The bank is charging heavy fines not maintaining minimum balance in the account.
Then why is the bank not maintaining it's cdm's and atm's not properly?
Is'nt the bank not liable to customers for not maintaining its cdm's and atm's properly?
