Hi,

I opened a new saving account with SBI on 25th September and received the Netbanking access on 28th September. Since then, I am trying to transfer funds, but it always shows "Debit not allowed with LCPC scrutiny"

On asking the Branch manager he said he will do the needful. The branch manager personally visited my home for verification, and forwarded his certificate via Speed post to LCPC branch on 3rd October, but yet LCPC has not done the needful.

It's my new business started in middle of pandemic. I need to make payments, EMI, monthly living expenses, Rent etc. and all my funds are blocked with SBI
