I am a senior citizen banking with SBI for decades.

I issued a cheque no. 729409 dt 5.12.2016.

Today received a SMS text on my mobile phone [protected] from state bank as:

“ Chq no.729408 for INR fvr Invalid Account Numb recd in clg wl be paid if found in order. Pls ctc yr brn by 12.30pm today if not isud by u.

Tue, 06/12/2016 9.56 am”

Sir please understand that to decipher the Code words used, I have to go to the Branch. Then if I get to enter the premises under this condition have to stand in long long Q. Then I will be told what to do. Why all this harassment.

Simply write clearly what is needed so that it can be complied.

Please STOP coded language as they not available in the Dictionary.

Please inform the action taken.

As many time when i deposit money in my account, no matter it is above 10000 or below 10000 a sum of 57.60 is deducted all the time as intercity charges narration
