On 11th January 2017 card swipe in Nilesh Auto riders showrrom for purchasing bike.The amount was 30600(thirty thousand and six hundread) the transaction was failed bur ammount ono refunded on my account.I give complaint also on customer care number.Please give me reply for this problem.

    My housing loan No.[protected] closed on 07.10.2016.Despite my repeated submission to BranchCustomer care.LHO Important loan document original stamped kabaja karar(saledeed) not given on the plea that I should produce receipt of documents .It is surprising that how equitable mortgage is created without such a important document.It is likely that said document may be misfilled or misplaced or given to some agency for security purpose

      I have state bank buddy wallet account, i was trying to add some amount of Rs.4, 200/- from canara bank debit card to my buddy wallet account, after putting the OTP which has sent for Registered Mobile number, the desired amount has been debited from canara bank account & still it is not credited to my wallet account, so i request you to solve my problem & pls refund the amount to the debited account or can be credited to my wallet account.. i am trying to contact the customer care since 2 days, but no response..

            Please find below the mail which was written to the manager of sbi nri branch 42 C J.L. NEHRU ROAD KOLKAT 700071. Instead of calling me to my registered mobile in their system to sort out the issue the manger wrote me a useless mail showing not interested to resolve the issue in an amicable way. Both the mails are pasted below and I need to know what action can be taken for this irresponsible behaviour and harrassment from sbi nri branch

            Dear Sir,

            Myself Samir Kumar Mukhopadhyay having aforesaid NRE account in your branch which I am unable to access online for last 3 weeks as it is showing password has been expired. I am unable to reset even the password online, as the process is not known to me . Even I tried for OPT but not getting the response in my mobile.

            Secondly, I had given my mobile number to your branch so that any daily transaction can be sent to me from your side by sms. But unfortunately, very recently I had issued a cheque, wherein I had received a mobile information stating that the check has been received by your branch and I have never received a sms with regard to the clearing of the same cheque.

            I had called this morning to your branch and spoke to a representative and explained him everything as above. After listening everything the Gentleman simply hung up the phone. The reason not known to me, probably only he can explain for this kind of behavior from his side

            I called second time, the same gentleman this time so ignorant to hear my plea, without assuring me your best services towards customers, he started talking to me like a typical clerk of West Bengal Govt office speaks (like as he said, SMS is not our responsibility, instead of telling we would look into this matter and try to sort it out... like a positive frame of mind / approach was missing on his deliberation).This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous to me.

            I am holding my account in your branch since 1988, but never came across this kind of negative approach / ignorant personality in your branch, especially being NRI branch.

            Even the gentleman was so snub to me when I asked his good name he simply refused to tell his own name though I told him my name. What kind of person are working in SBI NRI branch, who are unable to spit out his own name?

            I am really shocked and utterly surprised too by the childish behavior of the gentleman. I have not made any official complaint yet which I do not wish to, as I consider him like my big brother and I believe, if someone makes a mistake he should be given an opportunity to rectify his shortcomings.

            I must say the ladies working in your branch are very very co operative, especially I would name Mrs.Sharmista Biswas, she is so accommodative whenever I approached her she always helped me an extra mile. She is an asset to you as per my review being a gullible customer to your branch

            It is my earnest request to you before things get worse / explodes further, please give a good advice to MY BIG BROTHER how to deal with NRI Customers. Otherwise reputation of SBI NRI Branck Kolkata will remain a question mark.

            I believe you would look into this matter and revert accordingly.

              Hi,

              I have visited one of SBI bank 3 times located in Arkalgud Hassan (d) (November 18th, December 12 and January 17th) to open new account always they will ask me to come next month, again I have visited today they are asking me to come after 20th I never see like this ridiculous service, thanks for your wonderful service I will never visite your branch again.

                Is there is any simple way to unblock the SBI card. My SBI Credit Card Number has been blocked after trying for online transaction. Even after one week time am not in a position to unblock the said card due to poor response from the service provider. I am not in a position to contact the SBI Credit Card service executive. Pl. unblock my SBI Card No. [protected] at an early date. [protected] (M). At this critical financial scarcity for the common man, we expect better service for the deserving Bank customers.

                    I want to bring this into your kind attention that the staff in your bank nagda branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only me, my friend is also unsatisfied due to same reason.
                    They are always busy in their personal gossips/ They speak very harshly whenever we ask them for education loan They do not provide us right guidance whenever we need it from their end. I request you to take appropriate action and warn them to provide us services that we deserve.I had applied for education loan in your esteemed bank. But the loan is not approved for one or another reason. I have fulfilled all conditions as demanded by bank staff but now they are saying that the loan cannot be approved for the reason (that staffs are not available, manager get transferred from here and all).
                    I request you to consider my application again and guide me that what should I do to get approval.

                      I have downloaded SBI Buddy and transferred INR 2500/- from my ICICI bank account on 28th Nov'16. Since than i tried to use for Mahanagar gas bill payment, MSEDCL bill, food panda, send money etc but unable to execute payment . At the last moment either error comes like:

                      1. Action failed, transaction failed, limit exceed,
                      2. You have balance in your wallet. Please transfer balance to your account before closing, wallet.
                      4. Or session get crashed at the last moment while paying.

                      I made a few times complaint but of no use. complaint numbers as per below:
                      1. WP[protected]
                      2. WB[protected]
                      3. WM[protected]

                      Now calling on customer care number, they are not accepting any complaint. Neither giving any solution.

                      I have downloaded new version few times also but that is not useful.

                      Request you to either transfer Rs 2500/- to my bank account or help us in utilizing this money Rs 2500/- through SBI Buddy App on my mobile.

                            Sir I Ranjita Sahoo email I'd - [protected]@gmail.com was applied for sbi online job part time sms sending on 04 Jan 2017. The company has contacted me and told me to send documents and ₹3100 which was registration fee but that time they did not told me that they will demand more money after wards neither by phone call nor by email. After that they mail me to send ₹7600 for clear of 1 lac which is for purchasing of laptop, mobile and Internet connection. That also I have send on faith that further they will not demand. But after transition they again mailed me to send 15% service tax I.e. ₹15200. I told that unable to send because I do not have money. After one day thay call me again and told me that he has discussed with company and told me to send 50% I.e ₹7600 and company will pay rest ₹7600 for transfer of 1 lac . They also told me to return ₹7600 after getting 1 lac in my account. That also I have faith on sbi and send ₹7600. But after transition they told me that bank not receiving money unless I pay ₹7600 rest money, I called them and said, I unable to send more money so please close my job and refund me my total ₹18300 in my account. They told me to send cancellation request on mail. I send it and they told it will close on 08 Jan 2017 and refund you.
                            But now they are saying that until I pay full payment of service tax, th ey will not refund me. So I request you to take a necessary action soon because I am a student and I need money. Hope that you will understand my problem.

                                I applied for cheque book state bank home branch kuchaman city on 27 December 2016. my balance debited for the cheque book issue on 29 December 2017. And I received cheque book issue message on 29 December 2016. But I still not received revived cheque book. I contect many time home branch and customer care but they not provide cheque book dispatched date and speed post number.

                                    Sir, i hold sbi savings a/c. [protected], on 22/12/16 my chq has been passed but chq return charges 345 has been charged to my account, which was reverse on 16/1/17 after wasting a lot of time in branch with request.

                                    Second is i was at sbi atm for withdrawl on 6/1/17, but atm has no cash & account has been debited with the amount & reverse credit on 16/1/17. Atm decline charges debited to my account @ 23/- per transaction two times.

                                    When sbi merge with sbindore, services gone very poor of both banks, because with a huge customer network, their services has been poorest. Also staff is not satisfactory & politely replied.

                                    I advise to sbi that demerge the sbi to sbindore again.

                                    Credit the atm decline charges to my account, because i cant waste my time & stand again in sbi que for 46/-.

                                      I issued a cheque no. 729409 dt 5.12.2016.

                                      Today received a SMS text on my mobile phone [protected] from state bank as:

                                      “ Chq no.729408 for INR fvr Invalid Account Numb recd in clg wl be paid if found in order. Pls ctc yr brn by 12.30pm today if not isud by u.

                                      Tue, 06/12/2016 9.56 am”

                                      My old international debit card expired on 31st December 2016. I was in receipt of a new debit card in November 2016 itself. I approached the concerned SBI branch 5322 Humayun nagar, Mehdi patnam Hyderabd, where i have a SB account for my pension, two to three times, but in the first instance, I was told the they did not receive the pin yet ( in first week of December)due to postaldelay, next time Iwas told to activate the card by sending sms, to 567676, which I tried, but there was no response.

                                      The branch is far of from my home, and I can't go there with a cheque two to three times a month, to withdraw the required for my expenses. I am a pensioner and am 68 years old, it will be easy for me to goto a near by ATM and draw the money, . Hence I request you to do the needful to arrange pin for my debit card. thanking you, yours sincerely.

                                      I want to change my examination center for SBI SPECIALIST CADRE OFFICERS
                                      Exam.Because it is too far away from my home and present place. So kindly accept my request and do the needful.
                                      I lost my mobile number which I have registered with the bank so pls change the mobile number as I recently open my internet banking to access it & even to map my account details I need OTP which it goes to my old number
                                      I got a call from the number ([protected]) location Koyelibeda, Madhya Pradesh which I traced through true caller, and there were two person who asked me about my bank details, they pressurized me, and said that they will credit some cashback.

                                      Kindly stop these numbers, and punish these kind of people.
