State Bank Of India [SBI] — complaint regarding upi payment failure amount debited but not received by beneficiary

Respected Sir/Madam, SBI
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a UPI transaction issue. The amount was debited from my account, but the intended recipient has not received the funds.
Details of the transaction are as follows:
Bank Name: State Bank of India (SBI)
Transaction Date: 03/APRIL/2025
Transaction Amount: 970
Transaction ID/Reference Number:[protected]
Beneficiary Details: SITARAM TRADERS ([protected]@paytm)
I have already lodged a complaint with SBI regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution so far.

This delay is causing inconvenience, and I request that the matter be looked into urgently. I request either reversal of the amount or confirmation of successful credit to the recipient.
Please treat this complaint as urgent and take necessary action at the earliest.
