State Bank Of India [SBI] — Education loan hasn't been closed even after paying full amount

I, LAXMAN ANILRAO VIRUPAKSHE held an education loan account in SBI. My account status went written off because I wasn’t aware that EMI’s are started and I didn’t get notification due to an inactive mobile number that was linked to Education Loan Account. By the time I inquired about the loan, it went to written-off status and I had been asked to pay the full amount with interest. I paid the full amount of 243, 700 rupees including interest on 9th December 2020 but the written-off status hasn’t been removed from CIBIL yet.
Degloor Branch Manager suggested paying the full amount and said written off will be cleared in 3 4 months but now it has been a year and still written off status is not removed. It's creating problems to get loans from other banks.

I requested them to update to CIBIL board that the account has been closed and full amount has been paid with interest.

Please look into this and provide me justice.
