Sir/Madam, My SBI account is debited with Rs. 20000/- without any reason by ATM card withdrawal. But my account cannot have an ATM card. I don't know how this is possible. Due to this reason, I have noticed this problem with SBI customer care and blocked my all other SBI accounts debit card, and net banking also. On the very next day, I have submitted the following complaint to my SBI branch and SBI customer care in both written and email...

Ticket Amount Deducted But Ticket Not Booked

Hi,

I was just booking a ticket from Nagpur to Raipur for 1st Jan 2022

I used SBI netbanking

I entered OTP and it shown succes message but i didn't redirected back to IRCTC app & showed Session Expired Error

When i checked my SBI account
Amount of 169.5 is deducted but ticket is not booked

Kindly refund it ASAP so that i can book it again

Scam on bank account opening

Address:State Bank of India, near prakash cinema,Mahim road, palghar-401404,maharashtra

On 29 December 2021, I have opened a new bank account in state bank of india(city-palghar, state-maharastra) but they said it is compulsory to purchase a 500Rs accidental insurance. Recently one of my friend also opened account but for him there was no compulsory insurance purchase policy, the bank officials are just telling lie that it's compulsory to purchase....

Refund initiated by Amazon but not received in sbi bank account

Ordered an smart watch on 22nd Dec 2021, but had to cancel the order due to some issue. Amazon sent a mail in which it is written that refund initiated successfully on 22nd December, but today is 31st December and the refund is still not credit in my bank account. Please Help.

Hello sir,
I had ordered jacket and heels from Ajio on 17th December 2021 and made the payment of 2730 through UPI phonepe. But due to some issues i had cancelled jacket on 17 itself which was of rs 1574.55. Refund Initiated but not credited to my bank account

I ordered Vbird winter socks on amazon amounting Rs 664 and as the wrong item was delivered I applied for the refund on 18-12-21. Amazon has successfully initiated the refund and provided the refund reference number[protected] but it hadn’t been credited to my account. On 29/12/2021 went to SBI Musiri branch to open account, they asked me to send msg GIYES to [protected], I asked them what it means then he telling insurance policy is compulsory to open account in this branch. They deducted rs.1000 from account. I want to cancel insurance policy and my money return back....

Sbi Card AMC charges 50k/- without using service

Address:SBI Bank, Panaji Secretariat branch, Panaji, Goa

I was compelled by bank staff to apply for sbi card. Since receiving card have not activated or used card at all. I was billed AMC which is 500/- on card which kept compounding and deductions have reached 60000/- as on date. I have not received any bills regarding the same except in first few months after applying for the card.
I have not used the sbi card services even once, i am ready to pay the AMC charges which should not come...

SBI Collect REFUND not received

I paid my College gym fees through UPI via SBI Collect on 27.12.2021 and the transaction got failed. But my money ( Rs. 2000 ) got debited from my account. Later the status of the transaction was REFUND and i got a message that the amount has been refunded on 28.12.2021. But still the money hasn't been credited to my account. REFERENCE NUMBER: DUI2922079. I have attached the photo of the message and of the transaction status....

On 28th of December 2021, i went to SBI karur main branch to get bank attestation for my fixed deposits and account statement to apply for my student visa. But the bank employees (specially service manager at counter number 5) were not responsive and denied providing attestation for the same.

When i tried to raise this issue to the branch manager he was not ready to listen to my issue and redirected me to the same person again...
