[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — imps fund transfer status still pending, amount not credited back

I, mr. Sagar ignas christi, have transferred rs.200000/- and rs.6742/- through sbi online imps service on saturday (09/02/2019) for my tour booking with veena patil hospitality pvt. Ltd, both the amounts have already been debited in my bank account (A/c - [protected]), ifsc code - sbin0060137, sardar gunj, anand branch immediately, however their status is still "pending", even after 24 hours, from the time transactions effected! Even though it is mentioned in sbi online service that the amount will be automatically refunded with 24 hours if transaction fails but it is still not credited while the status still shows "pending". Transaction reference no. Are as under:

1) imps[protected] for rs. 200000/-
2) imps[protected] for rs. 6742/-

Kindly, look into the matter for resolving it urgently.
