State Bank Of India [SBI] — legal notice

Hi,

Few minutes ago, i have received a text message on my number from vm-tatacd. The message is: dear sbi cardholder, legal notice sent to you against outstanding of rs.62, 524.76 on your credit card ending 3048. Please pay dues immediately or contact pushpak sharma at [protected] or[protected]/39020202.

The matter is that the total amount was 51000, in which i have already paid an amount of 14000+ as payment. I have received n number of calls from their agent and compliance team regarding the payment. Recently i got a call from one of their agents saying that if you will make a payment of rs 4400 till 6pm toady, we will convert rest amount into emi. He told me that one of our team member will come to you to get copies of your salary slips and adhaar card. So i made the payment and i got a call from a person sying that: sir it is late now, i will come at you address tomorrow morning.
But

That person and that date never came back.

I have shared call logs with sbi trough their different emails. But never got feedback from them.
Each time new person contacts me. Even they had sent one of their executive at my home address aslo.

The question is why would i pay interest amount of 14000+11000, and while the unbilled amount remains same. It is their fault. I never denied for the payment. I need justice. They have terrorised me. Shouted at me. Abused me. I can share those call logs as well. I am going through depression
