State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money debited cash not dispensed | REVERSE ATM WDL-- | Again debited (CSH-WDL)

Tried to withdraw Rs 11000 from ATM (ATM ID - S1NB[protected] located at Ambattur(Chennai) branch. Money got debited from account but ATM did not dispense cash. In sometime money got credited again but the same did not reflect in the available balance. So I immediately checked my account statement and noticed a strange transaction with the transaction id- 'CSH WDL--' for the same amount (Rs 11000) which I did not make. My money Rs 11000 is missing for sure. I have lodged a complaint in their complaint website. I hope this reaches the authorities concerned and issue gets solved.
