State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money deducted - pmsby - rs 20 - without consent

Today afternoon Rs.20 got auto deducted from my SBI account under PMSBY scheme which I have never enrolled nor given the permission to deduct my money.
I want my money back into my account.
Without any permission how can you enroll me and deduct money from my account??? Such unethical practice from SBI.
