State Bank Of India [SBI] — Payment Reversal Issue Against ESBTR Payment

Dear Executive,

I had initiated the payment towards ESBTR Purchase on dated 17-Nov-2021. The payment was successful through the bank account but could not generate the GRN number from the site (https://esbtr.onlinesbi.com/ESBTR1/); so bank could not issue the ESBTR Challan / certificate against the payment.

Also, when I had visited the bank and Wrote mail to SBI customer support for the issue, the team said that the payment should be reverse to your bank account from which I had done the transaction by the merchant. But unfortunately, that didn’t happen till now.
