Subject : Wrongly Charged Force Closer Charges
I decided to close credit card end of 1998 & 1008 due to financial problem. that's why i made a call to SBI Customer Care Team[protected] on 4th Apr'2023 regarding Card Closer, i discuss with Customer Care Executive due to financial problem i decide to close both credit card. So i mentioned in Call (kindly share the total outstanding amount and Force Closer Charges) via call executive take time 40 min above in call and then telling this amount including force closer charges ( Credit Card Ending of 1998 (Rs.2, 38, 752) & 1008 (Rs.1, 70, 046)). As per SBI Customer Care Executive given detail. i arranged that amount on 5th Apr'2023. again before payment i made a call to SBI Customer Care Team[protected]. same procedure i tried before payment for Card Closer. again i speak with customer care team. Yesterday i speak with your team regarding card closer your team given exact Amount details for card closer including force Closer Charges also. once again i request to share the payment details (outstanding + force closer charges =Final Amount) that time another executive given detail is card ending 1998 (Rs.2, 39, 697) & 1008 (Rs.1, 70, 046)) excess amount Rs.945. so many time i ask with customer care executive this final amount or not that time SBI Customer Care Executive getting tension and then executive telling as per system record am given payment details only you need to pay for card close. otherwise not possible to close your card. finally i spoke with customer care executive. please proceed to close my credit card money also i arranged and then via call she taken request for force closer all EMI for both cards 1998 & 1008. she take a time almost 60 min. after force closer completed she told after end of the call. please try to pay as per given detail amount before 6 days. SBI Customer Care Told after payment done only possible to close credit card otherwise not possible. end of the call as per Customer Care Given Detail amount i payed in SBI Application after 2 days i checked in SBI Application wrongly charged some amount Card Ending 1998 (Rs.7075.02) & 1008 (Rs.5, 783.48)). thats why i raised complaint in SBI Customer Care Support that time executive telling That amount is force closer charges. so your end need to pay that amount. that time i explain to executive before payment i ask with your team many times please share including force closer charges also. as per your customer team given instruction i payed that amount. so its not my mistake. again and again i raised complaint in SBI its not responding to me.
Please kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible.
