    Dear Sir,

    Subject : Wrongly Charged Force Closer Charges

    I decided to close credit card end of 1998 & 1008 due to financial problem. that's why i made a call to SBI Customer Care Team[protected] on 4th Apr'2023 regarding Card Closer, i discuss with Customer Care Executive due to financial problem i decide to close both credit card. So i mentioned in Call (kindly share the total outstanding amount and Force Closer Charges) via call executive take time 40 min above in call and then telling this amount including force closer charges ( Credit Card Ending of 1998 (Rs.2, 38, 752) & 1008 (Rs.1, 70, 046)). As per SBI Customer Care Executive given detail. i arranged that amount on 5th Apr'2023. again before payment i made a call to SBI Customer Care Team[protected]. same procedure i tried before payment for Card Closer. again i speak with customer care team. Yesterday i speak with your team regarding card closer your team given exact Amount details for card closer including force Closer Charges also. once again i request to share the payment details (outstanding + force closer charges =Final Amount) that time another executive given detail is card ending 1998 (Rs.2, 39, 697) & 1008 (Rs.1, 70, 046)) excess amount Rs.945. so many time i ask with customer care executive this final amount or not that time SBI Customer Care Executive getting tension and then executive telling as per system record am given payment details only you need to pay for card close. otherwise not possible to close your card. finally i spoke with customer care executive. please proceed to close my credit card money also i arranged and then via call she taken request for force closer all EMI for both cards 1998 & 1008. she take a time almost 60 min. after force closer completed she told after end of the call. please try to pay as per given detail amount before 6 days. SBI Customer Care Told after payment done only possible to close credit card otherwise not possible. end of the call as per Customer Care Given Detail amount i payed in SBI Application after 2 days i checked in SBI Application wrongly charged some amount Card Ending 1998 (Rs.7075.02) & 1008 (Rs.5, 783.48)). thats why i raised complaint in SBI Customer Care Support that time executive telling That amount is force closer charges. so your end need to pay that amount. that time i explain to executive before payment i ask with your team many times please share including force closer charges also. as per your customer team given instruction i payed that amount. so its not my mistake. again and again i raised complaint in SBI its not responding to me.

    Please kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible.

        I have done a transaction of rs. 31220/- on 17/4/23. By mistake merchant made emi of this transaction without my consent. Merchant had instantly void this transaction but after 4 days amount not credited to my card account. Plz help

          I, Sri Gobburu chinna Subbharayudu, Nandalur Savings Bank Account holder of your branch have to
          bring to your kind notice that I noticed on 17th April 2023 that an amount of 10, 000/- ( Time's I.e. Rs.10, 000 on

          Hence, I request you sir please look into the matter personally and order for detailed enquiry and credit my amount into my A/c and also take necessary action to file criminal case against the
          person/Persons responsible in the issue to do justice to all the similar cases.

            I were ordered a product through Amazon platform on march 30.
            Order No:[protected]
            The product was a damaged one, i choose the return and refund option for that.processing for the return was done on the 4th and Amazon's executive collect the product the on 5th.
            My refund process started on that day, but for so long I have not received the fund in my account yet.
            Then I registered a complaint with amazon and as part of that they gave me a refund reference number and with that I went to the sbi branch to get the statement and give a written complaint to dispute the charge. However, I have not received the refund yet. So I request you to take steps to get the refund as soon as possible using my refund reference number.

                    ( fraudently) through AEPS . But i didnt get any OTP or any debitted message from the bank i approach bank about that issue but it was helpless . i complained to cyber crime. So please return my money back to my account.

                      Recently the phonepay and google pay of my fathers phone doesnt work and i opened and checked the yonosbi app then i saw an debit transaction of rs.9950/- from that account without my fathers permission. I complained to sbi office they tell that to complaint on cyber crime. I have the creditted transction details. It shows aeps offus issuer wdl txn

                        I, Milan Kinlekar, submitted a complaint on 6 February 2023 with 12 attachments..This was again sent on 31 March.NO ACTION YET. My complaints alleged that due to a nexus between SBI, SBICC, indoshop and transdeals, State Bank of India shared my personal details to SBICredit CArd, as a result of which I lost my FD of 43000/[protected] due to fraudulent withdrawals after I bought a dubious TransDeal package through IndoShop. SBICC has its headoffice in Delhi, and IndoShop and TransDEals operate from Noida/Delhi..The fraudulent withdrawals were made in Delhi. I LIVE IN GOA. SBICC alleged that I shared OTP and PIN Nos. which is untrue. There are many similar complaints on Consumer Complaints. My security was compromised and SBI Bank failed to protect my only hard-earned asset. Mega loan defaulters walk Scot-free and small fry are cheated of their meagre savings.
                        Three replies from SBICC between 7 and 13 February said that a representative would contact me and one asked me to send my complaint to sbicard.com/email. This email address is incorrect. I requested SBICC to contact me via email.
                        I posted outcome of SBI's non-action to this forum. Neither SBICC or SBI have taken any action

                            CPP Charged on Credit Credit Card without permission

                            Request you to refund 100% on my credit card . I have already shared my escalation feedback to CPP Team.
                            Already discuss the issue with SBI and CPP team.
                            Only received message of Amount refunded which was immediately debited to CPP plan and again 1704.5 amount was debited for plan total 2499 +2499+1704.05 please return to the credit card.
                            CPP Cancelation message was received with confirmation on amount to be refunded...

                            Respected Team,

                            My AC number is [protected] in SBI shahdol-484001 Branch, and my complaint is I am not receiving OTP while trying to add nominee into my above-mentioned AC number whereas we have received all transaction OTP. For the issue I have logged tow complaint[protected] &[protected] but still not getting any solution. So please assist on same as soon as possible.

                              The due date of SBI credit card for March month was 12th April 2023. Before due date on 11th April 2023 I cleared all the payment still without any notice SBI credit card debited Rs.500 from my account by the name PAYMENT DISHONOUR FEES. Though I submitted credit card bill before due date SBI bank charged me 500 rupees amount. When I called on customer care service centre for refund, the authorities told me that " Your sbi credit card is new and you should continue your card for 6months to get a refund of payment dishonour fees. And you selected auto debit option so if you're doing payment on your own then you should do payment 4 - 5 days before due date " If due date mentioned is 12th April 2023 and I cleared bill on 11th April 2023 then how could bank charged me payment dishonour fees. With proof I cleared fees before due date still fees has been charged and I can't even get a refund back. This is clearly a fraud from authorised nationalized bank where we think that our money is safe. I want to raise a complaint against this Credit card payment dishonour fees and I request consumer complaint board to help me get refund. Thank you. Below I attached proof of payment before due date

                                Hi Team,

                                13th April 20:49 amount has been deducted from my sbi credit card, I have received messages first amount 25k has been debited then 10k subsequently he/she has been tried for 10k but amount was not sufficient.
                                So please look into this issue.

                                  I had ordered a pair of Mast and Harbour Green Flats from Myntra and paid for it. I placed a request for return and the refund was issued in 1 day after the pickup on 2nd April 2023. The refund amount is Rs.874, The amount was credited into my account but debited instantly owing to 'UPI Rev'. It has been more than 1 week and yet I haven't received my refund amount. Myntra has provided me with a reference number. Please help me to get back my refund

                                    I have been charged Rs 118 for delivering my ATM card on 6 feb 2019 and in 2021 their is a deduction of Rs 45 from my account as AMC for my ATM which is incorrect as their is no such AMC for my issued debit card as it is a replacement for my previous debit card please ask sbi bank to refund the amount at the earliest possible...

                                    I have trying to get an issue resolved with the customer care of SBI credit card team but after replying to my email once, they have not taken any initiative in resolving the issue (Interaction ID[protected].

                                    I was issued a card in my name without my knowledge. I had never received the card. Hence it was never activated nor used from my side as I never received it. But still they have levied an annual card maintenance fee on me which is completely unethical.

                                    When I tried to contact them via email, in reply they tried to justify this unethical work done by them and asked me to pay the fess. This company is fraudulent and they cheat their customers in any way they can.

                                    It is my request to my fellow consumers that you please avoid taking any credit card from the SBI team.
