State Bank Of India [SBI] — Problem in net banking services.

I am a salary account holder in sbi sector 14 panchkula Haryana .My net banking services are operational for the past few years.
Last few months, I am unable to make FD's on line. A formal e-mail was sent to the concerned branch manager
Even after repeated reminders, no action have been taken to resolve the issue, not there is any revert back!
As a result, Iam unable to do investment for my hard earned salary!
Urgent action is required to attend the issue.
