Respected Sir,
I had made two payments of Rs 889 and one of Rs 1189 on 11.11.2020 and 16.11.2020 respectively on Flipkart for the same item, that is, bOAt Rockerz 235v2 Bluetooth headset. I had placed the order and then cancelled afterwards. I had paid through my Google Pay account connected to my SBI bank account. I went to the home branch for help but they didn't help me. A refund reference number was given for each orders . I showed the branch officials the number and they said nothing could be done using this whereas on the other hand when I talked with SBI customer care on the phone they told me to give this to them and they will see if there is Any pending payment. It's been days and I feel very helpless and almost 2000rs out. I feel very cheated. Please kindly help me. Normally i had transacted and cancelled many payments through Google Pay before and everytime I got the refund back immediately with the message and ad also showed in my statement. But for these two I didn't get any refund nor is it showing in my statement. Whereas Flipkart officials are saying the money has been refunded and told me to contact the bank and the bank didn't help me either. I've tried and contacted every where in SBI at every customer mails and calls. Nobody is willing to help. The SBI officials are all saying the reference number is untrackable through SBI whereas the customer care said it is, from the home branch. Kindly revert back to me please.
