I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a refund that has not been credited to my bank account.
I purchased a Microtek AC Stabilizer worth ₹4, 030 from Amazon.
I returned the product, and the refund was initiated by Amazon on 26th May 2025.
The expected refund date was on or before 2nd June 2025, but the amount has not been credited to my account as of today.
I contacted Amazon customer support, and they provided the following refund reference number:[protected].
However, upon checking with my bank, they have clearly stated that no such transaction has been received under the given reference number.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.
