State Bank Of India [SBI] — Regarding Cif not scrutinized by lcpc

My name is Sushil Kumar Gaur and i recently opened a saving account on 15th September 2020, at sbi, Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. ifsc code is. Sbin0000200, I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “ cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account. IMPS fund transfer for Rs.500.00 on 23-Sep-2021 has been declined as CIF not scrutinized by LCPC. (IMPS Ref no : MOAFDQPJC2).
I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “ cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

I have visited the branch many times but didn’t any solutions. Kindly look in to this matter on urgent basis.
