State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi fraudulent

I tried to widraw 10000 rs on 21st january 2019 at 11:05 am. And after all processing suddenly the atm got off. And after some time when it restarted i got a message on the atm screen that atm service is currently unavailable. And i didn’t get my money. I gave a written complaint on the branch and after that i complained online 2 times. Till i didn’t get my money back. My branch is sbi poochakkal branch kerala. Ifsc:sbin0070298. Now i’m going to file a complaint about sbi on consumer court and yes i need my money back
