State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi fund transfer issue: cif not scrutinized by lcpc

I am a customer from mumbai india. One month ago, i have opened a saving account in sbi bhandup (West) mumbai branch (Ifsc= sbin0000562), by completing all the account opening formalities and i got welcome kit and also i activated online banking too. Now, i used to transfer some money urgently and i am performing imps fund transfer facility through online banking. Problem is that everytime when i am doing this, it displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I have tried no. Of times but everytime the same message displayed. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments, and my own funds are stuck in this account.

I have raised several online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. What is use of online complains??? If they just closed it without solving the issue. I am totally disappointed with sbi. The worst service i have seen ever. I also have an account in other banks like hdfc and icici, and i never face any type of issue from there side.
But from sbi, i am totally dissapointed. Still the problem is resolved.
