Thanks for your prompt response after so many reminder. I have briefed the entire the things over the phone call to mr,. Dgm & to you also. I have just few query regarding my interest amount which i am mentioning in trail email.

• i was withdrawn some big amount only 5 times in last 3 years details are mentioned below but i didn’t get the interest on that amount, as we know that my bank account is sweep account ideally around 8% or above fd interest should be credit in my account, if i am withdrawing the such big amount i as per my knowledge i didn’t get interest on below mentioned amount when i have withdrawn. Request you to please check and revert.
• one and very important thing really hurting today i have received the call on my number [protected] from sbi bank side number was [protected] mr. Gupta was called to me and want to know the understand the issue when i am explaining the things to mr. Gupta he stopped to me and shouting very loudly over to me “tum kanha ke rehane wale ho hindi mai baat karo, kyu nahi karte ho tumhe samaj nahi aata hai” that time really i was surprised how can such senior person miss-behaved with the customer. Immediately i was replied and ask to him why you are shouting over to me i am not your peon and employee of the sbi don’t miss-behaved with me. Else i will complaint against to you. Even i had immediately informed to mr. Dgm over the phone entire the things.
I have phone recording also. I think mr dgm or lho office should be take necessary action against the mr. Gupta (Rm).

Note :- as per my knowledge or sbi guidelines whatever language customer using hindi or english so we have to given resposne to them instead of shouting over to him and we can’t use such word “kanha ke rehne wale ho hindi mai baat karo”

Sir,

The saving bank account specified by you has been credit with interest at half yearly intervals, as per normal procedure (Credit interest).

The 16.70% rate of interest being referred to, is the rate at which recovery is made from the account having some overdraft in account (Debit interest).
In other words, the bank charges interest at 16.70% from customer for overdraft, and pays interest at 4% for saving deposits. — please refer to the attachment.

The sweep facility availed by you gives interest at applicable fixed deposit rates prevailing at the time of sweep creation, and is paid depending on the number of days sweep (Mod) is maintained.
The interest amount has been credited in due course as per the above said conditions in your account.

Moreover, the mobile number updation request by you has been already feeded in account and the required number ([protected]) is reflecting in your account.
Please let me know if any more details are required on this.

This is to bring into your kind notice that, i am a very loyal customer of state bank of india. I am saving bank account holder along with the sweep account since long time and few days back when i have checked my bank account where i have found state bank didn’t credit interest amount according to interest rate 16.70 % p. A.In last 3 year i had withdrawn some big amount only 5 times in last 3 years details are mentioned below but i didn’t get the interest ideally 16.70 % interest should credit in my account details are mentioned below :-
